The best translation is the comment of the guy whose hands are cut off. In the original version he says that he "does not have two left hands". You say this when you are good with your hands. A second later they are gone. The idea to translate this with " you don't have to be handy" is excellent.

I feel ANY (( Certified Forklift OPERATOR )) should ONLY accept employment with a starting salary in N. America of no less then 16.00$ per hr. The cost to be certified ranges from 300 - to 1500 As a certified OPERATOR you are a SKILLED WORKER.

*note just cuz a person has a their card doesn't mean he/she is an operator, that comes with experience.
