Only when the government regulates things like insurance. Look at auto insurance.Insurance companies have colluded with state governments to force us to buy their services. They over charge us on a whim. In NH auto insurance is not mandatory , so it is a lot less expensive because people are not forced to buy.I am not sure what fascism has to do with anything.And why the insults?

I have little faith in the American political systems ability to solve the tragedy of the American medical system.
