i've got this... but running on the spot is not the same as running properly. you don't extend your legs on the spot and as such all you're doing is getting your heart rate up and increasing your cardio. which is the idea. runners should go running =D, and yes I run alot,
what do you mean by ALSO having the plus version?, the plus version has the exact things as the first one, PLUS 20+ exercises more, and some other stuff aswell...
Im gonna Wii Fit Plus very soon, along with Wii Sports Resort...
lol well, it's alot of fun, you just have to enjoy it. remember, this is a VIDEO GAME, its not meant to be a treadmill or anything. thats what I love about Wii Fit :D
