Thanks for posting this! I've been watching tree removal vids to confirm that my neighbors are currently removing a tree incorrectly (in a manner in which I'm confident that it will fall on my house. ugh).
Hey, Claire! Thanks for stopping by! Yeah, if you'd been here, you'd've been impressed! My bro-in-law brought a 15' trailer out for the wood, and made 2 trips. And we were still left with about 1/2-3/4 a cord of wood! Sure miss the tree, tho!
Leslie, it almost killed me to have to take this tree down! It will be sorely missed, especially in the summer, when it no longer shades the roof! I actually patted almost every piece as it was "laid to rest" in the yard...
It only took ONE day for the tree removal. We had to demo the deck, but these guys were pros!
