  • weez all gon die! D:

  • wait hang on, did they quote the onion at 1:49? lol

  • Affordable nuclear fusion better come along soon, then we won't need oil for anything.

  • Here is the real "100. monkey" effect - Maharishi Transcendental Meditation. The TM-sidhi programmeis the square root of the 100. monkey effetc... JGD!

  • Here is the solution:

for religion - essene.com - for energy hydro+, andrewg85 channel - for food, vegetables and fruit - go out from your home and NIKE! ...just do it... :-)

  • I really hope world is over in one year. Finish the stress of trying to figure out whats gona come up in future..

  • '"You'll leave the theatre shaken," The Onion'

    They quoted the Onion? WTF?

  • Hammer Doku!

  • I take personal offense to anyone this video who thinks that they can place the blame on one political party. That is weak and arrogant. If we could get around right and left, republican or democrat maybe we could accomplish something.

  • Only Mary Jane can safe the earth...green herb power!!!!

  • Damn liberals...

  • Just because you believe there is a way out doesn't mean there always is one.

  • @spawnoftheKing But it sure helps. The danger is, of course, believing it in one way so strongly that you overlook the real, or better, way out. Rationality is the answer to most questions, I find.

  • Thanks and the best of luck Michael Ruppert. Awesome documentary.

  • HERES A TIP BUY AN AMMO COZ WE ALL LOVE TO BE IDIOTS AND IN EUROPE MUSLIMS NEXT TO NOT QUITE NICE EUROPEANS AND NAZIS MAKE AN ADVICE TO KILL OTHERS well atleast overpopulation problem will be dealt.

  • I need to watch somthing happy now and clean my paints

  • Oh, man! Do I HATE this kinda people who make people panic with their emaginary reasons! Stupid asshole!:(

  • "you'll leave the theater shaken" : The Onion.

The Onion? Really? I know this is a true and great movie but better endorsements would have been better don't you think?

  • @pwn0grapher I think they meant the Onion's A.V. Club site...but yeah, that sounds bad :)

  • Palin will fix it !! ;-)

  • well , now i know why i cant find a job since 3 months ago :).

the best horror movies of the decade are the descent and this one haha

  • you helped me a lot man, stream on Movie Watcherus works like charm

  • this movie is not ment to be supporting what some people call the radical views of michael ruppert it's just based upon an interrogation that took place about his ideas. and as glalax said people make predictions all the time, many of which become true many of witch don't just form and make your own through learning and having a lesser ignorant view on the subject.

  • Its a good thing I don't go camping.

  • you are all ignorant peoples OIL IS FINITEEEEEEEE GET IT!!!

  • th1s movie is now watchable j @ MOOV ZON,COM Google the above link

  • We built an entire way of life around finite resources. And now we are out of oil... HOLY SHIT!

  • @Limeisback2012

Finite resources are all you need, you are finite, how ever people are "in" finite. They just keep on going and going and going. Just think, we might be bubbling up from the gulf of atlantis in another **add your number of years here** to be burned up in some old big 3 motor rail walker hover vehicle that burns to much blurb.

    Peace

  • I like that The Onion got their review quoted! lol

  • LOL they quotes THE ONION

  • There are thousands of people making relatively different predictions all the time just because one of them like this dude happens to be right a couple of times, doesn't prove anything. There will probable be crises once in a while in the history, but people will find solutions and change, the everyone is not going to dye! :P

  • and all we have to do is figure out a way to travel on other substances other then oil.. oh wait the oil companies are being faggots and blocking plans with bribes like a bunch of money hungry fuckwits

  • "An Intellectual horror movie"....just seeing the trailer scares me more than any other horror movie.

  • This is gong to happen. Its so damn apparent after understanding what activites are taking place from major oil companies, that are claiming that there are an abundence of oil left. Like the discovery of black matter, you just have to notice what takes place around it. And oil companies are spending alot of their resources to discover oil in places where there has yet to be proven to be any to replenish the increasing need for the human population. That activity clearly states: Shit!

  • peak oil wont end the world but as a result hundreds of millions of people will die

You may not die from a maiyan disaster but a desparate bandit breaking into your house and killing you for your food will end it all just the same.

  • I'm so scared about 2012 and the world dying. Even though it's kind of stupid, it still kinda frightens you.

  • Do you beleive it's going to happen?

  • @LannyMan300

Yes. I just hope it won't happen during my lifetime.

  • ha thats just the problem that started all this, everyone keeps doing nothing and saying oh it wont happen when i am alive hopefully. So that the next generation of people is more screwed that the last one. Think where screwed now, think off the next generations to come that will be even more screwed.

  • @mbgamer Here in Utah there is one TRILLION barrels of recoverable oil with the spot price of oil being about $90, do you honestly thing that 90 TRILLION dollars could not get the USA out of the mess we are in?

  • @kraigthorne your right but then what?America has a debt that is almost as big as 90 trillion dolors. I'm not saying that America cant get back up but it should be thinking off the future. Those trillion barrels of oil will run out. America should be like back in the 70's. Trying to be the first. Now they should try to be the first to fully swear off oil and begin using green power enc.Because the whole American society is based on oil. Some may even say that you went to war for it.

  • @kraigthorne Really...and why is that oil not pumping yet?

  • @zeppelinesque Because of the enviromentalists

  • @kraigthorne See? This is what Ruppert and peak oil proponents are talking about. It's not the amount of oil that is left, it's what can be extracted; your trillion barrels might as well not even exist.

  • @zeppelinesque WTF!!!!!! Are you INSANE!!!! All we have to do to get the oil is get the enviromental wackos out of our government.

  • @kraigthorne Good Lord. I didn't say either way if I agreed with the environmentalists on this or not. What I said was that this is an example of how merely HAVING oil is not the same as being able to EXTRACT oil. You might be sitting on 1 trillion barrels, but if you cannot get to it (for environmental, financial, or political reasons, etc) then it isn't really available at all. Repeat this process enough and you have a contributing factor for peak oil.

  • according to Alex Jones international banker going to kill us

according to this movie Collapse peak oil will kill us

according to 2012 the movie natural disaster will kill us

we are screwed no matter what we do. :))

  • @falcon02012

Maybe all three are right....or maybe it's simply ignorance that is going to kill us.

  • Alex Jones is full of shit.

  • @TheglassIED

How is he full of shit if he shows you the documents to prove his statements?

Have you ever listened or watched his show? For more than 5 mins?

  • I've seen a few of his documentaries and I've listened to enough of his show to know that a huge chunk of it is speculation of shit that might happen. Take cap and trade for example. He'll use that as proof that there will be a huge government takeover anytime now! Even though it hasn't even gone far at all in congress. And he's saying we're all going to be slaves of tax and we're going to have transmitters put in our cars to check emissions and they'll also track where we are. Scare tactics.

  • @falcon02012 we're not all screwed!some of us might survive and it's up to each one of us, what we do from now on, to survive or not!we can't grow infinitely...some day, human race is coming down and you'll have to prepare for that!the toughest test of your life!are you worthy living?

  • @falcon02012 ... ok, according to everything, in 2012 we all gonna be poor, governemnts go mad, riotings all over the world + natural disasters on Earth, zombie outbreak, then nukes on Earth, somehow some survive, but to end the crap, a meteor totally falls down outta nowhere... that's what's gonna happen in 1 year lol.

  • @Clavsicus I hope it will be that quick. Unfortunately I think resource shortfalls and wars will make it a generation long die-off. Look at the data, its inescapable unless fusion is somehow cracked.

  • @gweflj Fuck that shit lol. Dont want be be living around in worse conditions that medieval times. I prefer the world to end in an extnction like the O-S, D, P-Tr, Tr-J and K-T events, happens between every 100 to 300 millions of years, it's been around 80 million since the last one but still. I prefer an extinction that way, cuz there is always something that survives well and let's say maybe 10/10000 people would survive. Just have to be at the right place at the right time xD.

  • @falcon02012 lol lol lol....I almost fell off my chair!

  • looks good but a little wired like the 4th kind

  • Believe everything he says I've Studied everything he has for about two years and I've led up to his same exact theories the only problem was I couldn't have explained it better than him...

  • is this comming out in the uk?

  • just remember... 'when a bear attacks you dont have to be faster than the bear... you just have be faster than the slowest camper'

  • but...does it work?

  • Wow... seems really interesting...

    I m gonna see it.

  • Zeitgeist style.

  • I rent it

  • Luckily... I can run pretty damn fast.

  • Yay conspiracies! <3

  • Even though people say things like no blood for oil, there views can be quickly changed. If people see what life without oil is like then it wouldnt take much convincing to get a peoples support to invade a foreign country.

  • There is a big difference between motivation and excuse.

If you look more closely I question Ron Paul, and have commented on dozens of videos that Alex Jones is a gatekeeper.

Webster tarpley and Alex jones differ GREATLY on their political views. Tarpley is a leftist, jones a quasi-right winger.

Its laughable to believe carbon is pollution. It is even more laughable to believe that man made carbon dioxide is the cause of global temperature increases. The truth is carbon credits

  • So you're saying fourty years ago they had this idea to create the myth of global warming so in 2009 they could impose carbon taxes? That would be the biggest waste of time and effort all for a few extra bucks less on your tax return. The evidence saying global warming is real far outweighs the evidence that it's a myth. Cap and trade wasn't created by Enron. They just found a way to capitalize on it just like anything else on earth. This is capitalism. You can find profit in anything.

  • uuhh. No...you Are mistaken.

Carbon credits and cap & trade are the operating procedures for an ideology of depopulation.

If you can control production, you control growth, prosperity, and ultimately, population.

The goal was to slow population growth.

cap and trade was a scheme THAT WAS INDEED HATCHED by people on the trading floor of Enron and Goldman sachs.. You can be a child, and pretend it isn't true.. Or you can be an adult and accept reality, and react accordingly

  • I'm against the idea of cap and trade, but Enron didn't invent the idea. The idea was created in the late sixties by the National Air Pollution Control Administration. And like I said, companies like Enron tried to capitalize and monopolize on the idea. I don't think it's a huge depopulation scheme. Don't companies lose money if they start killing people? It was used by Enron in an attempt force people into using more natural gas: which at the time was one of their biggest profits.

  • I,m afraid Gentleman Jack112 is right...Carbon Tax and cap n trade are procedures for the depopulation of mankind hatched by officials a few yrs back

  • Yeah? Gimme some evidence. The Alex Jones crowd usually tries to avoid that.

  • Look up Joseph Moshe, Baxter's 12 kilo of life bird flu for Eastern Europe, Agenda 21, Codex Alimentarius and the Georgia Guidestones and draw your own conclusions...

  • "You'll leave the theater shaken" - The Onion.

    ...

    Great!

  • I don't know about you guys but for horror this movie doesn't scare me...

  • Cause it isn't ! its like a Documentary put with a twist !

  • Hopefully the Government doesn't make him 'Disappear'

  • i like the quote about the bear

  • what quote?

  • Don't get too worked up now fatty, lest you fall victim to that obesity problem of yours.

  • crazy

  • I gotta see this movie, this guy is genius

  • whom is this guy? i'd love to read up on him.

  • He does a fantastic speech on 9/11.

He documents connections at the CIA, FBI, wall st. And military.

The only thing I do not agree with is the notion of peak oil.

Oil companies have an economic incentive to hide their huge oil discoveries. I believe they work together, to perpetuate the myth of peak oil, to achieve ever increasing profits, on ever increasing prices for a barrel of oil.

  • But eventually, peak oil will be reached. No matter how many reserves or hidden deposits exist, there are a finite # of them.

  • that is only if you accept several notions to be true.

    1. demand for oil will continue to rise.

    2. no realistic, economically viable option will be introduced.

    3. that oil takes thousands of years to form.

None of these assumptions can be proven to be true.

peak oil is the excuse america uses for imposing its military might to capture resources for its failing empire

  • Peak oil being the excuse? I think the US wouldnt want that, Im all for acquiring necessary resources for your nation, but if the US went on the air saying "we must invade this country to meet our required needs" people would lose their shit!

You already see so many people with the no blood for oil message, if they actually said that was their motive...

Personally, we should just go electric for everything powered by nuclear power.

  • sgentlemanjack112, the motivation behind our current wars are peak oil, but the government never told us that was the reason. They're still for the most part lying about peak oil. You make it sound like they're open about peak oil and that it makes us more comfortable when we blow the shit out of little nations that don't threaten us.

And all three of those points can't be disproven either. But the pattern suggests the points are true. As people keep popping out kids, we'll need more oil.

  • created by Enron, Goldman sachs and others. That is not my opinion, it is a fact. The whole point of a carbon-credit, cap & trade system is to create a new derivatives market. It is childish to believe anything else.

  • After typing that, I had the feeling you were another Alex Jones follower. When I viewed your channel, I proved myself right. Followers of Alex Jones are the ultimate sheeple, yet it seems like they're the ones telling everyone else to "wake up". Peak oil isn't some super-scheme presented to us by super elite bankers in an attempt to enslave us all and put us in FEMA camps. Jones and Tarpley are frauds and it scares me to think that they have millions of followers.

  • "don't hope or pray, believe there is a way out"

    what a qoute

  • The world isn't ending, but pax americana is. Expect war and suffering before the start of the next age. Human beings will actually be tested and forced to act like adults rather then tune in drop out etc.

Maybe we'll turn out better for it, well at least until the next time of prosperity, then we'll probably repeat all the same mistakes again.

    Isn't humanity great?

  • well, everything come to an end eventually, and mmost of the itme...it's not pretty, i always thought that we should scrap the system and look back on it and see how we can prevent old mistakes, now i'm not like that big of a thinker, so to so who know more, it's probably an illogical thought

  • @theheckwithit It's a horrible quote. Distinctions without a difference. And putting his finger to his head just made it more insipid.

  • The trailer eems interesting, but i don't think the movie will be that great. Seems kinda boring.

  • its anything but boring, I urge you unless you are mentally prepared for a end of world movie that actually makes sense, not like 2012, don't watch this, or may have nervous breakdowns.

  • lol

    1:48

    Look who said that

Do you guys know who that is?

    They're a fake news network

  • i know right? i was just thinking about how bizarre that is.

  • They can still screen and review a movie.

  • It's not the actual onion that reviewed the movie. It was a review from the AV Club which is a non-satirical section of the onion.

  • The trailer is made in a very clever way.

He talks fast about issues you don't normally discuss, one by one, not giving you time to think. You get in a trans at the end of which you're like "oh shit", only knowing that this film looks good.

Flashing images, fancy talk about the facts, interesting graphics and a powerful conclusion. Listen to the quote about the bear in a camp and apply it to his situation with humans. And then you'll get why he's on the other side of your screen.

  • you smart people and your ways

  • Nice thinking

  • It's not possible, the release date is 15 november 2009... We're the 28th october 2009 ! Why?

  • this is the trailer. the release date is for the actual movie.

  • I know but this movie is actually out?

  • Release Date: November 15, 2009

  • So this guy doesn't see this movie, he said on October 28, 2009 : "I watched this movie....." wtf, release date is on November 15, 2009.

    Whatever....

  • Just noticed that "The Onion" reviewed this movie. Said we'd "leave the theatre shaken." Doesn't seem like something The Onion would normally talk about.

  • Heard about this guy. There's a couple books about this but I guess I'll watch the movie first and go from there.

  • I have to watch this movie! It's really good!

  • Eh.

But ain't we something to experience the end? ;D

  • Can't really understand why this is scary, ok it's fucked up and i want to see it, but i dont know, but something being "scary" wel.. this is not scary :P This is a fucked up situation we get into lol.

  • Whats so scary about this?????????

  • I'm 13.

Thanks for scaring me for life...

  • SAME. But i'm older.

  • lol me too...

  • I honestly don't know...

I think it's the end of the world.....

  • lol @ 1:34 :D

  • a really scary movie .. more scary than the ring and saw is... paranormal activity.i will NOT see that trailer ever again.

  • Exactly like Zeitgest

  • awesome

  • reminds me of zeitgest or whatever its called.

  • this guy has been talking about this stuff way before zeitgeist like 1999 and just look at his speech from 2005, you'll be shocked at what he predicted.

  • "All great truths begin as blasphemies." - George Bernard Shaw.

How many times does Mike Ruppert have to be pin-point accurate in his forecasts, his appraisal of the situation, his clear and detailed explanations of the realities of energy and the economy and his pointing out of conveniently ignored but Elephant-In-The-Room sized political reality before we start to sit up and take notice?

This info has been there for those who would listen for years now - Collapse now puts it front & center.

  • omg stop whinning we had a financial crisis before we can make it now too and for those that say 2012 will be the end of the world you people are just dumb they said the same in 2000 and if you think this is it you are wrong from the begging of time a lot people said some dates that the world going to be destroied and nothing happend! So relax have fun don't be small minded

  • "professionals' now say they miscalculated 2012... They said it's gonna take 200 years more...

  • hahahahaha exatcly and in 200 years they'll say we miscalculated the world will end in 69 years XD

  • then 10 then 4 then another 100....

  • Yea 2028 or so..

but couldn't they come with that up earlier.. ?

  • now when you see a movie reviewed by the ONION then you know somethings weird.

  • hahah nice, i hadnt seen it xD

  • i really hate those people that sook about 2012 ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN or riots would be going out all around the world.. sheet gullable people.

  • go watch 2012 and then this, one is a typical Hollywood superstition movie like day after tomorrow, the other will leave you a nervous wreck if you are intellectually able enough to understand the movie.

  • well they did spend their money on pointless shit like nuclear weapons.

maybe when the world collapses we'll have our bit of fun

  • im going to prepare myself by playing alot of fallout 3

  • i hope only for teh lulz, cause otherwise your comment is just sad :)

  • lol, me too

  • my response... try to fuck with as many women i can before 2012.

  • aiy u son of a bitch..... for u 2 benifit on a runnin motor u want ur country 2 invade another country..........HEARTLESS

  • u guys seen zeitgeist and zeitgeist II? gives a clear picture how our monetary systems fails and why.

google ém and watch for free.

  • another film that shouldn't havfe seen the light of day. You can watch films like this free on the internet rather than paying £8 to see someone saying "The world is doomed"

  • don't worth my $10

  • I think it is worth your $10 because you can't speak proper english.

  • yeah that was intentional but what you said makes no sense.

  • I am VERY afraid!

  • here we go again. Well the rest of you can live in fear imma be liven my life to the fullest and having tons and tons of fun.

  • ill just keep on living, and having fun with my beautiful girlfriend and let others with billions fix these problems.. all i can do : )

  • except you and your gf might starve to death when hyperinflation hits. prepare yourself.

  • good theres a huge fresh water lake down the road, we have a well, and theres more dear here then people. People have been predicting death and shit forever, just keep living happily. why live in fear of the future? have fun now, theres a free excuse to smoke pot lol!

  • were all fucked, bush and his team should had thought about it more.

  • i got a bike and can go every where i want with out a car so im good

  • 1:48 the onion lol

  • what a great way to make millions by trying to scare the shit out of people, like al gore did. that's capitalism for you.

  • The truth is scary. But I'd rather look at the scary truth and try and change it then hide an tell myself that everything is going to be just fine.

  • its helping the economy spend more!

  • And thats why capitalism does not work

  • is a documental or a movie???

  • Looks like another scare movie, gotta love the government and the involvement in movies.

  • Welcome to America post Bush.

    Care to sit and watch?

  • I get in trouble at school everyday because I don't stand for the pledge to the flag. Countless detentions because I say "I refuse to pledge my allegiance to a country dumb enough to vote a retard president...twice."

  • You sir, are amazing.

  • I'm a girl but thanks! :)

  • You mam, are amazing.

  • I don't stand for the Pledge either! Way to stay strong, i'm not the only one

  • Wow you are wasting your time getting detentions. Apparently, you do not know your history. Bush's spending did not effect our economy in any fashion. In fact, gaining control of the oil in Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan has prevented us from another collapse. Are you aware for the Oil Embargo in 1973? Our oil supplies are running out and that is why we chose to invade Iraq and Iran before Afganistan. Also, our debt has been the result of when tariffs were lowered when Clinton was in office

  • Well damn. I totally get what you're saying. But it's really sad how many men died for oil. I guess everybody who drives a car is responsible for their deaths.

  • You mean the 1.5 trillion dollars we spent on military resources in Iraq had nothing to do with the debt? That Clinton, should have payed more attention to the tariffs than getting his dick wet eh? I say we should go invade another country for oil, I mean, it is the only natural resource effective enough to make our cars run ain't it? :D
