i STILL have my dolls! and parts of the stage lol and I think I still have the walkman too!! lol my walls were wallpapered in NKOTB posters. I had the phone, the walkman, the stage, the dolls, the pins, every cassette tape you name it i had it! oh yeah and i met them when i was 11 i was flown to boston by them to hang out with them and their families for a day it was the best day of my childhood!

I remember seeing this commercial as a little kid. I was so cynical about it at the time, thinking, "wow, they're tricking these girls into spending their money to compete in some imaginary, unwinnable competition". Strangely I was...wrong about it?
