  • MARRKKKKK <33333

  • favourite song from them, this show was better than the clip :DD

  • Sorry, but it's FUCKING COOL!!!!

  • 1.21 You are gorgeous!!!

  • i love mark so much... hes so cute compared to the rest... sizewise aswell <3

  • This song is what made me fall in love with them again. it's great!

  • mark and gary are so fit

  • how the hell could anyone just sit there at their tables and watch whilst I sit at home in front of my laptop and cant even sit still...This song means dancing, jumping, singing and just feeling it!

  • Explains the Riot in UK

  • love marks quirkyness, hehe! and love when he jumps when he says hey, hahah dunno why just loveeeee it!

  • They're the best!

    Nice performance guys :)

  • Great song...pity the midget singing has a crap voice.Lol I spose he insists he sings on some songs

  • @XxpauldadudexX

well, you may don't like his voice, surely it is very distinctive and not so strong as Gary's or Robbie's. I think he knows it, all in the band are aware of it, but IMO the reason why he sings so often on TT songs is very simple. Beside Gary , Mark "the midget" ;) is the main songwriter, so it is very natural that he sings the songs which were written by him or mostly by him.

  • @XxpauldadudexX (2)

His influence is very obvious for people who knows his solo stuff.

Mark's style is rockier, often The Beatles influenced, the quirkier , more up-tempo stuff is his.

For example "Up All Night", "What You Believe In", "Hello", "Hold Up A Light", "We All Fall Down", "Throwing Stones" ect.

His last solo album "How The Mighty Fall" is pure alternative indie pop/rock -darker , singer-songwriter, rockier stuff.

  • @UvaYakone Lol well if '' mark tha midget '' hahaha wrote the songs I guess its right he sings them...I dont know much about Take That except Rule the World and some Robbie Williams songs . FFS dont tell anyone I like some takethat stuff though xP

But tbh I just think this mark guys voice is bad....it just sounds annoying to me. Robbie is a great singer so they should just stick to the good singers on their songs

  • @XxpauldadudexX

Each to their own I guess. Personally I don't find Mark's voice annoying.

Oh well with the examples I gave you,at lest you know which songs you should avoid on YT ;)

TBH I feel sorry for Mark as all the glory for song-writing still goes to Gary (for majority of journalists he's the only one talented (now Rob is the second talented as well), I'm in the minority who prefer his style...sure he's not Nick Drake or Tim Buckley but still for a pop artist he's all right ;)

  • @UvaYakone I also think Mark is quite underrated as songwriter, both melody+lyrics.

Here also. Mark started writing main melody/picture of Kidz+developed in his head. Even CD concept=Progress/civilisation is his idea. (progress track by track kidz) Judging frm what Howard said, after working w/TT, the most of main melody of Kidz is still frm Mark, I believe.

I found one of big reason why I couldn't stop hearing this Live for months is overwelming powers of voices. I really like this Vocal.

  • Equilibrium Anyone?

  • so like do these guys play any instruments or what?

  • @amyroses871 Of course they play the instruments, how else would they write all the songs?? :O But yeah, you are right, they very rarely play instruments on stage. Here are a two examples: watch?v=529DGd8hGfQ and watch?v=L_KIaGSQHXQ

  • too low sound! :I

  • @alexAT400 Yess i hadda turn me speakers way up!

  • I love Mark, he's the cutest

  • "As you were" I love that!!! I like that small man, though Gary and Robbie have the best voices

  • what a fantastic performance!! :-)

  • @KaThRiN818

I bloody agree!!! His so sexy. His my fave -3 xx :)

  • WOW Mark sexiest man alive! ♥

  • wie lachhaft istn das. trottel britten

  • yeah i wanna bit of that

  • i CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, TAKE THAT HAS ACTUALLY COME OUT WITH A GOOD SONG

  • There's some tidy totty on that stage

  • I like how these guys can stil make good music and put on a good show without whoring themselves out and not autotuning it all.

  • the whole video: youtube.com/watch?v=KZ6sUzF-_sQ

  • they prob need the riot police to keep robbies ego under control ha ha but seriously i agree with explorer's comment and please to see i am not the only one

  • God, this is painful! Popstars trying to be profound - please leave it to the indie intellectuals like Radiohead and stick to ENTERTAINING.

  • This programming has been going around for some time i think at the last years grammys and in one recent beyonce song also. Now some EU nations have pacts for borrowing of police from member nations, like don't be surprised if you see French police in london along with the english one to curb protests.

  • @sizlingerrard

    You are right. Also X-Factor

Most have no idea about such mind-games, played to familiarize them with uncomfortable scenarios, planned in advance. It's known as desensitizing. Showing scenes of an uncomfortable nature, 'sexing' them up & repeating over a period of time

Making people more accepting & compliant. VERY EFFECTIVE

Most believe they are unaffected by subliminal conditioning -which just indicates how naive, unobservant & uneducated people are about how the mind works

  • To all those people saying that the lyrics are so good, of course they will be good and the song will be catchy other wise how would they expose these subliminal messages of riots and police oppression look cool and normal to us?

  • @sizlingerrard

Well said. Of course they are intended to be repetitive & sound catchy. It enforces the programming.

And, as you indicate, there would be not point otherwise!!

  • @explorer2101 seriously man, STFU for everyones sake

  • @AThingymajigg

    Such aggression!! Chill out yourself.

  • @explorer2101 did i ask you to chill out? no. i sed stfu

  • @AThingymajigg

Not everyone shares your lack of intellect, maturity or crassness. Mind you, you've been brought up on the likes of Big Brother & X-Factor so it is perhaps unreasonable to expect any more than very primitive communication skills.

Interesting to see how effective the strategies have been regarding the dumbing-down of the masses. Thank you for providing an excellent example.

  • @explorer2101 you have not met me so you can not claim i have a "lack of intellect, maturity or crassness". nor do u even know that i watch those programs. if you do not like the way government or music industries are controlling you through "programming" in the songs why do u listen to them? seriously, go away and fuck off. if you dont like this stuff or the government move countries. if you dont like the way the world is going go kill yourself and make everyone elses world better. fucktard

  • @AThingymajigg

I do know, as you demonstrate it so well. Course, vulgar, basic, lacking intellect, selfish, not articulate, no communication skills to speak of, no respect for others, narrow minded, dim, easily angered, no reasoning skills, yobbish mentality. Even attacks others if they hold an opinion.

All in all, the perfect dumbed-down product, the perfect slave.

  • @explorer2101 you try hard to hide behind your words, but you still havent answered the question. if you dont like it, WHY ARE YOU HERE? i am not attacking you for holding an opinion, i am attacking the fact that you have to ruin everyone elses enjoyment of this video on a video sharing site with your conspiracy theories. if it was in real life or even on an appropriate discussion board i might have a proper discussion with you about it, unless you personally attacked me cos i didnt agree with u

  • @AThingymajigg which seems very likely as you have proven here on this video. go sort your life out and stop trolling on youtube. nooone listens to you or cares about opinions

  • seems strangely prescient now with all the revolutions in the middle east driven by the kidz! good cal guys!

  • seems strangely prescient now with all the revolutions in the middle east driven by the kidz! good cal guys!

  • what a song

  • Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the sexiest of them all?

The Good, the Bad, the markie or jaason;)

  • @hallonsorbet96 The good, The bad , the Gary :-)

  • @BrendaTT haha, gary is the good one;)

  • @hallonsorbet96 Haha. Love this comment. :)

  • @miatastic Thanx! :)

  • @hallonsorbet96

    LOL love this comment

  • @hallonsorbet96 JAASON EVER <3 Taka That FOREVER! <3

  • @hallonsorbet96 or gary.<3 *_*

  • @explorer2101 Even if that is true, no record label would be dumb enough to drop Take That! They do write their own stuff and its great that's why it does so well. But because Take that have been around so long they've built up a HUGE fan base, and everyone would buy their record even if it was crap.

The record company knows that and would be idiots to drop them if they stepped out of line.

  • @dance207

You are frankly out to lunch. The record companies MAKE these people. There are thousands of talented artists trying to become rich & famous. Only those that can be manipulated & play the game are 'allowed' such fame

Not difficult to surmise that their complicity is what Gary & Robbie fell out about. Although Gary was more talented, Robbie was more prepared to play to game & we saw the results of that

The rest of the band have finally come around - & all is well again. They SOLD OUT

  • They're old stuff never really had any meanings, but everything on progress was written about someone or something- That's why the lyrics and music are so good, because they took time and care writing the songs

Woohoo! Markie was so hilarious jumping around the stage! :D

  • What a load of pretentious crap. Take That are performing, it's not a statement about anything!! That song started as a beat...which sounded like marching, hence the military like influence.

They also have a song called Relight My Fire....doesn't mean they're arsonists.

  • The dancers take off their riot outifits at the end and are dancing around when they sing about peace. The song is about a revolution. Listen to the lyrics!!!

    Amazing band, amazing performance. <3

  • me and my mum like howard. all cause of his bright blue eyes and his lisp. so cuute :) Xx

  • Luv this song cuz it shows the kidz inside em

  • this sounds like the kinks Sunday afternoon. The first melody is pretty much a carbon copy.

  • eveybody STOP!!!!! This is the most beautiful and fantastic performance!!!! it's just amazing, why don't you like it!!!! LOVE TAKE THAT!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 <3

  • that wee one is soo cringey

  • bloody hell that must of taken some rehearsing! lol

  • Police in riot gear is not sexy but only tyrannical. Interesting piece of propaganda. They should have gave the crowd rocks to make it more realistic. Only when the kidz come out.

  • Love it. Just love it. Sooooo looking forward to seeing them on tour!

  • We will never accept a police state that only serves the elite of society!

  • They sound like a weird combo of The Beatles, Blur and McFly! Isn't weird how all music borrows from each other so they tend to sound like massive mash ups of style? Gotta say LOVE this song :)

  • @funkycherrygirl - I thought it was the 'Pet Shop Boys' when I heard it on the radio. Also, I was horrified to hear the march of 'Jack Boots' at the start of yet another NWO sponsored track.

  • @HumanSayNo

Yes, there have been a whole wave of them.

Especially in performances at the most popular events that are watched by millions of people, including the final expisodes of X-Factor.

The fact that so many artists are using the same style tells one that the message is more serious - that it has wider implications.

  • Take Thats performance was just amazing !! This is just gonna be epic at the progress tour !! They rightfully deserved the best british band title, Take That are super !! lol zzz

  • @FreedomLover555... You have got to be kidding me, I would say good spot, great vision you know but if you have the album and listened to this particular part of the song it's known as the acepela part where lyrics simply carry on. Lots of their tracks do it, Rule The World, Reach Out and Said It All to name a few. So you sir are wrong I'm afraid!

  • Never been a Take That fan, actually never been a fan of anyone. But before anyone misunderstands the message the guys are giving, just listen to the damn lyrics and fit that to what's happening on the stage. This is a message not directed to the people, but to kings and queens and presidents, ministers and governments... that there will be trouble for them when the kids come out.And they mean not the actual kids, but the kid within each of us,whose love and imagination hadn't been suppressed yet.

  • Get a grip tim. This is brit awards. Why the f**k would we do owt to do with riots goin on elsewhere?? The vid suits the god damm song!!

  • does anyone know why they took their clothes off at the end???

  • @cazagen1 Hands up , pants down !

  • @cazagen1

On one level a symbol of Make love, not war

On another level, to associate feel-good feelings (based on sexual stimulation) to scenes of riot police & violence. This will have the affect of making people less shocked & more complacent when this occurs

Most people are trained to think in a very linear, two dimensional manner; kept in a state of childishness in terms of their ability to assess - so that most do not look beyond the surface to see what is really happening on all levels

  • Sieg Heil!

    The Medium IS the Message.

  • Jesus Christ!!! Some pple need to get a life! TAke That purposely making sick videos and dance routines with riot police to cause offence??? Do me a favour! Listen to the lyrics, the stage production goes with the lyrics dummies! Great vocals and a great opener

  • this is fucked up !

  • This is an absolute disgrace. REAL people in the REAL world are dying at the hands of riot police and thugs (like the one's portrayed here)

Is this some sort of tribute to Mubarak? I know most Take That fans will be too thick to understand what is going on in Egypt and Bahrain (and here in the UK too!). - but come on... the people that made this dross aught to know better!!!

  • @timspencer1 Actually if you read the lyrics, then they are talking about these governments and dictators(like Mubarak)and how they hide things from the people.AND how the youth are the smart ones by not listening to or obeying them because the youth have them all figured out!. I'm not thick to understand what's going on in the middle east! Actually I'm an arab living in Denmark and I've been following the revolution that is happening ANd i'm a huge TT fan!

Read the lyrics again, you'll get it

  • @timspencer1

They do know better. Various artists have performed stage shows almost identical to this at many of the mass-media large-scale productions over the last couple of years. All very similar.

One of the reasons for this is to unconsciously associate a feel-good reaction (created by the sexual connection) to a scene that would ordinarily shock people. As more of these riots take place across the world, the majority of the people will be surprisingly detached & accepting.

  • There is apparently a press conference in Italy at 6pm this evening, this could mean hopefully the Kidz video is about to be made available, or it could mean extending the tour

  • Wake the f up people, u are being programmed.

  • @zabak33 whatever you say. You make me laugh.

  • Oh gosh, I had a mental short-circuit seeing Rob dancing and singing with the lads....I tought I've turned back in 90's. I'm coming to reality now...and it's more beautiful than ever :) !!! Thank you guys for all these years!!!

  • amazing song love u guys xx

  • This is just the kind of nonsense that drives me mad. Why does everything have to be over analysed???? You think take that's plan is to brainwash us with subliminal messages. For crying out loud, I've never heard anything so rediculous. Not everyone is nuts and out to get us! Just enjoy their talent.

  • @Kinnerdoodles You didnt understand anything :-D

  • @Kinnerdoodles I agree, is the country going to suddenly fall apart because Take That did a performance with riot police dancers?! Just enjoy the song, it's a good tune. :o)

  • Hey thanks for the reply..Of course, you are right there is a need to have riot police there in the eventuality of violence at a match or whatever else. But we dont want to have them as a apart of the cultural landscape, in all cases in history it leads to atrocity. Uk, Ireland,France doesnt matter all western nations are being slowly baptised into accepting this police state system. I know its hard to see if ur not aware of this....please watch ..police state 4 full movie...on youtube..take care

  • @tbirdlauderdale But at the end of the day, this is a song by Take That. They write their own songs and I doubt their primary concern was to advocate a police state. I also don't think anyone will be influenced by seeing people dressed as riot police dancing.

  • @SomebodyLS

Anyone who is 'allowed' such fame status does not 'write their own songs' as such. They are told what lyrics to include and are given instruction in regard to the content of their stage shows.

People that try to do their own thing are not promoted - and their sales drop, or they are attacked in the press & brought into line. Those that cannot be brought into line are disposed of.

  • @explorer2101 Take That do write their own songs and yes I agree that they may not have such control over what goes on in performances but to think this performance is really going to have any effect is just paranoid. To me it's more about how the government should not take advantage anyway. I think people are making way too much fuss.

  • @tbirdlauderdale Ridiculous dribble. They're performing a song, that's as far as you need to read into this. Take your conspiracy theory crap someplace else.

  • @dkspartan1 Im trying to warn people that we are in danger my friend, watch ..police state 4 full movie...on youtube and then tell me that im deceminating conspiracy theory crap...take care of yourself

  • I'm sorry but Mark Owen made a fool of himself, he proper got into it and everything when the rest of them stayed low-key. he fell up the stairs! haha, I find the end hilarious when Mark is skipping behind the others with the flag, too funny.

  • @maydayparadeFAN100

Sorry, but Mark didn't ''fall up the stairs'', he bent down to pick up the flag which was conveniently placed there for him. And I love how passionate he is every time they're on stage.

  • @maydayparadeFAN100 It was on purpose. He bent down to pick up the flag.. And he was suppose to be behind them waving it?

  • Wake up to the New World Order, take that are selling it as a good thing to have riot police involved in our lives. This is just sick, they are glamorising pure bonified evil. It will be tazers on stage next wait and see, if not take that some other mind numbed zombie band will be pushing them as good....Wake up...wake up...wake up....they are training us to accept the police state....wake up ...wake up....wake up

  • @tbirdlauderdale What about riot police when there are a big horde of psychotic football fans running through a town? Some sort of order is needed you know.

  • Comment removed

  • Love, love, love!

  • Try daybreak cool before school in the morning, then I bet the full video will be available tomorrow or early next week

  • WoW....What a performance!

  • The question i asked is who was it waving it, and when is the official video going to be released.

  • @jamesfish18 That's Mark Owen with the flag . And nobody knows when the video will be released , they'd better do it soon though ! the single will be released on monday

  • they sound a little bit like Pet Shop Boys in Love etc...

  • Take That are Brillant and they dont mime. They like others can actually sing live!!

  • wow look at the amount of people whos looked at this video

  • It remainds be a bit of Michael jackson's 'They don't care about us'.. the marching man, a message in the song, that we don't take everything just like that.. great song and brilliant performance

  • Very cool performance. Congrats TT

  • Are you people sick or just plain stupid? Can't you see this is fascism? Can't you see you are being conditioned to accept a police state?

  • @tikletik most people are sleeping, so they don't know what they are seeing..

It's called MK ULTRA, subliminal brainwashing..

Most sheeple call it amazing entertainment..

FYI It takes only 8 weeks to become a unbreakable habit.

  • @tikletik just the opposite message... it is saying that the future is about KIDZ and that they can change the world - there will be peace tonight - see how dancers change from police into lovers

  • @tikletik Can't you listen to lyrics and interpret the progression of the performance? It's a commentary and rejection of the exact thing you're accusing it of promoting - you're basically not seeing beyond the costumes & initial tone.

  • Robbie is rocking that outfit!! Just the way that he walks is so appealing and much sexier and stylish than the others. Is he ever going to do a solo tour? My god!! I would love to experience that!

  • Also to add it sounds very Muse like.

  • To all you out there

    1. Robbie is a believer in conspiracy(he is a fairly active member of ATS) it is obvious judging by the lyrics he writes all the new songs.

    2. Plan B's performance is suitable as his entire album is based around prison life.

    3. It's quite sad to see so many Take That fans not realising what Robbie is singing about nowadays even on his solo singles which include themes like down the rabbit hole.

Hopefully he can get through to you if scientists and resistance groups cannot.

  • @TigerMilitia if you watch the videos released by take that over Christmas period they explain who wrote what and how it was written. Kidz was started by Gary and Howard and Mark immediately asked if he could sing lead on it. Yes there are variations from the original demo as it evolved in the studio and all of the band contributed to that. Each song evolved in a different way. This is from the mouths of Take That including Bob, not a therory.

  • Was accualy sick

  • @swinnie16

    @fisichella78

i was talking about the chorus part. it's a shame they didn't try to hit the big notes without the help of backing vocals. But I applaude them for the verse though, esp Mark's vocal.. great voice control, utterly.

  • again a brilliant performance ....love them, cant wait for the tour

  • love it....as always a brilliant performance...love them, cant wait for the tour...:)

  • love it....as always a brilliant performance...love them

  • im going to have fun wacthing this on there live tour in june

  • PERFECT PERFORMANCE <3

  • Another mass media event getting the populace used to scenes of Riot Police - subliminally associating good feelings with such scenes. A proven method of disassociating people from the horrors of reality

It seems they learnt their lesson during the split & eventually agreed to sell out

Interesting that the crowds continue to absorb the programming whilst they continue sleeping their way through someone else’s dream with little or no thought about the type of world they would like to live in

  • @explorer2101 An inception.

  • @explorer2101 Why don't you watch Plan B's performance and then tell us there "subliminally associating good feelings with such scenes" !!!!! I look forward to your reply.

  • Mark has really improved in his live vocals, its almost exactly like the original track...

  • the outfits almost looks like the outfit that Robbie used in his music video of RADIO :) very nice me like eheeeeee

  • @TheSwedishRWFan I was thinking the same thing !!! and the video of radio was seriously HOT !! lol . they all looked so sexy last night !! x

  • @hildidi81 hah really? :D

yeah no, I don't know if I can agree with you on that they where sexy xD

but the cheerleaders in the Radio-video was definitely hot! ;)

  • @TheSwedishRWFan Oh I'm sorry lol ;)

  • This song se describes me! I so wish I could go and see them on tour again :(

  • Saying they were miming when they (obviously) were not is kind of a compliment and flattering. Shows you just how good they are live!

  • best ever

  • Robbie looks so sexy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I felt like this was kind of cheesy, but as soon as the outro started, I was blown away. Where he's waving the flag around...wow, so powerful.

  • Fantastic as always, i used to see mark shopping in boots and my dad used to football coach him, lol.

  • How the hell are they miming? The chorus sounds nothing like the CD version. Infact Robbie stops singing at one point and you can tell.

  • Of course there not miming coz at one part mark sounded wobbly and I'd rather they dun a mistake then mimed like big boots bieber

  • can i just say to people that say as a take that fan that these guys mime they bloody didnt mark was singing live big time they were brilliant as always very powerful performance loved it

  • @1THETRUTH10

Are they really miming? I thought they're good live.. Disappointing. They lose my respect for that

  • @MrMaxGunner They sing live, just play the original and then listen to this again...

  • @MrMaxGunner They aren't miming cus if you listen mark''s vocal at the start is a bit shaky, they alway sing live, they pride themselves on singing live, unlike other artists last night like rianna, who was so off with the music it was laughable even though I like her!!!

  • It doesn't matter if they are miming or not...they are not. I actually prefer this to The Flood. I love them...they've progressed indeed! But I still love the old stuff too. Can't wait for the tour this summer! The thought of hearing Rob to sing the old hits like Everything Changes and Could This Be Magic is giving goosebumps!

  • Having a backing track is not the same as miming and TT usually use backing singers like the voicerox choir in order to get a sound as close the recordings as possible.

By the way I know it is not a popularity contest and it is about quality not quantity of sales but if so many people like it that must mean it is good, or do they all buy it because it it rubbish????????? It is a quality album with an incredible diversity of sounds. It should have won.

  • @svu1234 The Spice girls sold shed loads....and they were mediocre at best. Justin Bibler is sellin shit loads at the mo and he's an 11yr old miming and using auto tune all the time. The albums that sell loads are rarely .albums that go down in history as the best albums ever made.and now I've seen ur comment I agree with u :)

  • @1THETRUTH10 have to agree that most sold is not always the best especially in case of people who don't really make music at all, just mime to tracks written by someone else, but that ain't the case here. The music is totally theirs; with a tiny input from a producer. I am totally lost about what you're agreeing with but I think we are not far apart in what we are saying.

  • Amazing guys!!!

    You are the best!!!

  • Simply amazing!

  • @baboo1984 agreed!

  • @jamesfish18 it was mark :))

  • Great performance, cannot wait to see them on July 9, who was that waving the English flag at the end.

  • @jamesfish18 That was not an English Flag which is the flag of St George white background with a red cross. The flag he was waving was the Union Jack which is the flag of the United K
