See what you mean.(but please note that I was not talking ; I was writing). I knew what i was writing about but was not sure if i knew what it meant. You have clearly caught, if not doubt, then some confusion and ambiguity. Let me think and get back to you with a translation of the key points - perhaps mutually inconsistent - buried in my "dense" initial coment.
First read my recent script and then talk you idiots. Are you comparing 'pianist' and 'gangs of New York'.I am telling that the movie 'Pianist' and the performance of Adrien Brody were overrated because of the film's Jewish tema. And then don't come to me with the spelling mistakes.English is not my Mother language.
Such a dickhead. I corrected the name I didn't mention a word about comparing those movies. And even if you suck at English, getting actor's name right shouldn't be that hard unless you're retarded.
Daniel Day Lewis deserved Oscar that year with his butcher roll in Gangs of New York but they gave it to Allen Brody (because he is a jew). That was a real shame because DDL was much way better. Then this year he showed up again with ''There will be blood''which is perfect like this one.
I am not sure maybe you are right but that doesn't change the fact that DDL was better than Adrian Brody.I think the film'Pianist' and the performance of Adrian Brody were overrated because of it's jewish tema..
"Living in Greenwich, Day-Lewis naturally found himself among some tough South London kids and being Jewish and "posh", he was often bullied" according to wikipedia.
I have never seen "The Pianist" so can't judge that.
But 'Gangs of New York' is not a movie that has Jewish tema.Daniel Day Lewis 's performance was much way better and if you can't accept that don't discuss with me cinema you asshole..
But 'Gangs of New York' is not a movie that has Jewish tema.Daniel Day Lewis 's performance was much way better and if you can't accept that don't discuss with me cinema you asshole..
sounds a lot to me like daniel day lewis doesnt really know why he made the decisions he made because he wasnt himself. he was someone else for months and months. i read that he got mnemonic while filming and refused medical help because they didnt have it during the time. they convinced him to get it but to me that says he might have been living in italy on the set or in the settings and restrictions of that time period. he talked like him and was him. so when they filmed he just was.
he doesnt. its just your not in the mind frame to soak it in directly. and in that sense you are right its a genius thing. when you emmerse yourself far into a skill or profession as he has then explaining it to someone who hasnt will be hard. amateurs look at things from a far different perspective than someone who has been doing it for years and years.
yes I noticed that as well. It is kind of annoying, but then whenever charlie does ask daniel a question, daniel gets very uncomfortable so maybe he liked it better when charlie wasn't talking to him at all.
