  • @jacquemontii1 there's a clue of Radiohead's next album in every From the Basement Session.(here, Colin's shirt and the "please go away Colin") find the clue for their next LP in the KoL session ;)

  • @jacquemontii1 I thought this t-shirt was related to Lord of The Rings and the like lol

  • radiohead sounds better at 3:50 am

  • 42 Nickelback fans? get a grip, this is amazing.

  • lo que es la internet

  • I know the meaning of this song. And no, its not ONE interpretation, its THE meaning.

Think about it: Where I end and where you begin. Where I die and you get born. He is dead, sits on the clouds, and watchs how we left the enviromnent to our next generations. And he says sorry, because the sky turns green (it gets polluted) and he left it this way to the next generations and feels responsible for this. Not enough space for the other parts though.

  • @Foxindesert makes sense, he said himself that Hail to the Thief is basically a lamentation for the world he's leaving to his children, he also expresses that in I Will.

  • Colin never fails to put a smile on my face at 3:40. haha love it.

  • Man, that was intense.

  • 2:54 OMFG! Yorke is possessed!

  • Is it just me, or is all this " From the basement" session just little too heavy on bass side compared to CD versions? And awesome song btw :)

  • "I WILL EAT YOU ALIVE! I WILL EAT YOU ALIVE! I WILL EAT YOU ALIVE..."

    *clap clap clap*

  • 3:01 there's where I sound!!!

  • Freakin' awesome song!!

  • 3:08 for O-FACE!

  • O Brien has a Epiphone Casino? or its other model

  • @balisca18 gibson ES-335

  • Would it be socially acceptable for me to say that Thom Yorke singing "I will eat you alive" turns me on?

    Just wondering.

  • @SweeneyXskellington if you're a girl, definitely

  • @SweeneyXskellington I don't think you would enjoy the type of eating he is referring to.

  • The best band in the world

  • @ginosupernova Without a doubt.

  • @ginosupernova Wrong. Best band in the entire universe.

  • Wow that was awesome!

  • damn.. they are even better live than their recording.

  • Phil Selway!

  • radiohead is the point where i end and begin.

and it has no link with the name of this song.

it's like dying and rising at the same time.

    love adore deify

  • Aren't speaking about Ed instead of Colin ? If you do, he uses an e-bow.

If you guys like Radiohead or Sigur Ros, Jeff Buckley, Muse...please check my band White Note on fb/whitenotetheband or by visiting our channel. "Like" us on facebook if you do like us :)

  • such a great set this basement thing..

  • whats the slide instrument Johnnys playing called?

  • @MiklZz its an Ondes Martenot

  • The essence of this song scares me.

  • @LowleyUK In a good way though.

  • Excellent!

  • I will go to hell if i love Radiohead more than God? i'm doomed...

  • Among the popular music audience, Thom York and Radiohead are unknown, but their music will continue to be the most influential music of this generation. That is what real music should be.

  • @YoYes17 What are you talking about? Radiohead is one of the most popular bands ever.

  • Genius

  • phil's drumming is always so tasty

  • anyone else notice "dinosaurs roam the earth" is in this song and in optimistic...

  • @hoofhearted1212 The dinosaurs are in this case this planets supernations, that, wherever they go, have far too big feet to not touch everything that is there to touch. For example,. wherever you go in this world of ours, you will always be able to buy yourself a coke. The dinosaur cannot make his feet smaller, neither can the supernations.

  • @Einareen yea i figured something along those lines but you do a much better job describing it than i could have. Whats your fave album and song by these guys?

  • @hoofhearted1212 A particular song by Radiohead is really hard to figure out. I've had a lot of favourites and cant really choose, but i think ill pick Weird Fishes/Arpeggi as my favourite, mostly because "In Rainbows" is just such a great album filled with emotion and musical joy. However, my favourite album must be "The Bends". There is so much variety and so much quality in there. Every song has its own story as Radiohead slowly paved their way for OK Computer.

  • @Einareen Very nice. Yea my favourite album, if I had to choose, would be in rainbows. For me every song on it is just great. And if i had to choose a song, it would probably be between let down and reckoner. but theres too many awesome songs. I sometimes think in rainbows flies under the radar but nice to see someone else likes it like me

  • @hoofhearted1212 Very nice favourites there! Had those two aswell some time in the past. Let Down was actually my first fav. Such a great song, probably a bit underrated. Reckoner as well! Thom Yorkes falsetto is simply amazing! And yeah, to be honest, In Rainbows is just as good as the bends. Probably better since the experience and music knowledge was much better on In Rainbows. However, it all comes down to personal taste ;) It took me four months to listen through all of their stuf...

  • It's good to see this live, to remind you that as well as being capable of creating huge expansive soundscapes, they remain a fantastic guitar band.

  • don't compare Thom yorke to God,.... he is good and stuff...

...but he continuous to not being a Thom Yorke.

    ;P

  • I've always given one interpretation to this song: it's a speech from God to Mankind. If you read it this way, it makes sense and it's really, really deep...

  • this live versión is amazing

  • Im still up in the clouds after you left me alone. i guess it your loss cause you're the one thats going to drown in the sea not me.

  • Colin wearing his "King of Limbs" T-shirt way back then ;-)

  • Where I End And You Begin = Radiohead's magnum opus

  • Hands down, these guys are the best band right now.

  • Have been listening to this album for about 5 years now and still gives me goosebumps

  • If I ever start a band, I want my drummer to be bald.

  • Look at Phil go! :D

  • drummer and bass player rock!

  • bass player rocks1

    favorite part

  • Dat bass.

  • awesomely brilliant

  • Majestic and natural at the same time.

  • "I will eat you alive" in the context of this song strikes me as the snake eating its own tail.

  • best bass ever!!

  • I will eat you alive., there be no more lies!

  • Pure genius

  • I just freaking love this song

  • intro sounds a lot like jimmy pages guitar solo with the bow on "the song remains the same" great song though, just sayin...

  • the beatles and radiohead are the two best bands. ever.

    the dinosaurs roam the -EARTH-

    the -SKY- turns green

where I end and you... begin.

    2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7-enter -HELL.-

  • @segbastian ...7...get to heaven

  • @acamus19741 any other opinions :D

  • @segbastian I always heard 7 to get heaven, it makes sense...777

  • I just think Radiohead has a charisma like no other band.. I think they are the new Pink Floyd and no other band could compare

  • @GenuineColour i think radiohead is way above Pink!

  • @cruzer619

they are two completely different things i dont think could be compared. Pink floyd lost something when roger Waters left and I think Radiohead just picked up the synchronicity and melodic sequences that Pink Floyd had and ran with it even further

  • oh oui c'est trop bon !

  • wicked bass

  • thoms fucking awesome

  • This and the gloaming are my personal favs of RH

  • Look at Colin's shirt

  • Ed appears to go backwards around 2:15

  • 3:06 Colin just knows that, his bass riff is the shit!

  • This is inevitably my favourite song, thing, dance whatever Radiohead has. It's beyond me to explain how good this is.

  • POWERFUL. Too much consciousness, too much wakefulness.

  • Radiohead heals my head!
