The man is a living legend. Saw him in Belfast last night. Played most of 'Blood and Candle Smoke' plus classics from his extensive back catalogue. One of the most engaging performers I have ever seen. Had the excellent Thad Beckman on guitar with him. If you get the chance to see him live don't miss it.

I saw Tom Russell and Michael Martin in Oslo tonight, and I'm speechless! I'm 17 and have been a fan since I was 3 years old, I've seen him 4 times now, and wow - he only gets better and better. Amazing <3
