  • que gran tema---

  • Rock And Roll.

  • At 47 years old I remember the '80's well and I miss them!!! I saw Dokken live in Minneapolis in 1985 - holy shit can George Lynch play the guitar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Saw them open for Aerosmith in Toronto in 87, don't ask me what I remember though. Great band.

  • Lynch is one of the greatest guitarists that ever lived.Dokken or not.

  • @MightyZeppelin1973 no way dude. its just harder to find. iron savior rocks

  • 2:53 - This voices are SO amazing!

  • I love George Lynche's solos in this song. My favorite band back in the day...and still.

  • @irunmadn Me too!

  • Aerosmith had some competition

  • Yeah, 1993, that's roughly when they stopped writing good songs. Nobody gave me a reasonable explanation yet. Wait, I know somebody who is a music teacher, I'll go and ask him.

  • 1 word Perfect! listen dokken's voice it's just amazing god demt!

  • MOTHERFUCKIN DOKKEN

  • george lynch - supreme overlord of guitarists

  • Dokken is awesome and to compare them to Iron Maiden is ridiculous and equnally stupid as some of stupids who actually think Dokken is better than Maiden. Like I said, Dokken was awesome but they don't have longevity and timeless qualities like Maiden. One doesn't go back to Dokken because of longevity and timelessness but because of nostalgia. As much as George Lynch is better guitarist(and Steve Harris is better bassist), Maiden bit Dokken in composition and creative concept departments.

  • 80's RULE! I love this song.

  • Dokken! make another album with the original members.

  • Jajajajaaja Aerosmith sucks big time... Dokken is how we say in México "Otro pedo" (another fart)!!!

  • Dokken was Hip-hop!!!

  • Iron Maiden? are you serious? all Dokken albuns are kick ass and not prog and boring shit like recent Maiden albuns. Maiden may be more popular but Dokken would have been the greatest thing in hard rock metal if was not the fricction between Don and George

  • Dokken blows maiden into the weeds.. NO contest !!!

  • This band is OK. Wannabe Iron Maiden. Nothing special IMO. Also, only a douchebag names his band by just using his last name.

  • @GregPlaysBass They are nothing like iron maiden? listen to bruces voice and don's they are totally different, IMO I think Dokken are better than maiden, George Lynch beats all three guitarists in maiden

  • @FenderStratocaster06 I totally agree, Dokken didn't even want to be like Iron Maiden anyway, that gregplaysbass doesn't know what he's talking about

  • @GregPlaysBass Ah! Eddie Van Halen and Ronnie James Dio must be douche bags too. Pretty good bands though! As far as Maiden, I started out with them in the early 80's. IMO, their last great album was "Powerslave". "Somewhere In Time" was okay, but I can't listen to any of their albums after that. I bought "Seventh Son......" when it came out and was disappointed. That's the last thing I've bought by them, except for the "Best of the Beast" compilation, which was pretty cool. Just my opinion.

  • Saw Dokken for the first time with Scorpions I believe, Met Center in Minnesota, so long ago. Don would always come out for a few songs in dark aviator glasses, or mirror shades! haha SO COOL!

  • Great song and Dokken were one of the 80's best ! Brings back memories of my then girlfriend ( unbelievable Breasts abd legs ) Those were the days !

  • Hell yeah!

  • I love this song and Don Dokken's voice in his lower register ~ in parts of the song ~ he wore that black hat better than Richie :)

    Peace,

    V

  • dokken are idols

  • these are awesome videos! I want to go back to this time so I can see them live! George is the guitar god!

  • IMO, DOKKEN is the greatest 80's heavy metal band! Packed with talent - Don and George especially.

  • @cheapcape

    dokken was not heavy metal.

  • Some here have said music has sucked since past '93.. not all of it entirely true. I've listened to, and loved eighties metal. Though I'll go on to say that the likes of Nirvana and pearl jam fucked up the music scene in the 90's, I would suggest listening to post 90's metal/prog rock bands that are both melodic and hard. listen to Symphony X, Pagans' Mind, Rhapsody of Fire, Opeth, and of course Dream Theater.

  • @Aku666Torres I also recommend Crash Diet.

  • I like metal, but metal is a fad, your saying why has music since 1993 sucked so much, havent you heard of CKY, metal, and rock, are just labels, a music trend or style, they come and go, music like classical , baroque and early music is classic, it will never die its immortal , it still applies to today, look up Bach prelude and fugue in C minor, Book 1, that is technical music, no matter what its played on,

  • WITHOUT A DIOUBT ANY N ANY SANE PERSONS MIND. THE BEST OF ALL TIME. aLMOST BETTER THAT PATTY jACKES PUSSY

  • fucking epic

  • A perfect example of a PERFECT voice destroyed by cigarettes.

  • @BrettB1971 True to that

  • Who's Aerosmith? lol

  • love this spector bass

  • His voice reminds me Andi Deris.

  • Saw them at the old Philadelphia Spectrum in 1986- they opened for Judas Priest! Fantastic show-God, I miss hair metal! lol

  • marty friedman is better then george lynch

  • gran pezzo.. don dokken is great

  • Dokken definitely kicks Aerosmith"s ass. Dokken was awesome. George Lynch ftw!

  • It's sad being born in the 90's and having to deal with the music of today :/ I am soooo into Dokken, it's almost embarrassing. But I'll love them till the day I die<33 Oh George, you always had the perfect solo for everything ;)

  • This is awesome live , thank you for sharing.

  • At the beginning the singer kinda sounds like Dio

    Like this if you agree

  • @JakeFlor2415 don dokken looks nothing like dio, nor sounds like him hahaha? :P

  • I remember the film "A Nightmare On Elm Street".

  • man he just did a serious 'casual' on that speaker

  • Lynch was wicked back in the day........

  • 3 years before my birth year....

  • Rokken with DOKKEN!! F*CK YEAH!

  • Into the fire!!!! I'm Falling!!!

    A very great band!

    Dokken Rules!!!!!!!!!

  • \m/

  • Why has music since 1993 sucked so much?

  • @steverouse56

because the world sucks in general more than ever since the early 90s. it's only getting worse.

  • @steverouse56 grunge period

  • @steverouse56 you have not been looking hard enough

  • @steverouse56 i blame nirvana.

  • @steverouse56 wow you are so right. most all of metallicas good music is before 1993, then I thought what about guns and roses, once again before 1993. I stopped right there and started thinking I what to teleport myself back.

from that point on music SUCKS and there will not be anything good again. there is some good news though,

check out ARKONA, also BLACKMORES NIGHT. anyone who listens to these, let me know what you think.

  • @steverouse56 Alice In Chains was still good

  • @steverouse56 1 word... nirvana.

  • @steverouse56

dio and dokken made great music in the 90's

  • I think that Dokken kicks Aerosmith's ass any day!

  • @steverouse56 got that right but aerosmith is still awesome

  • @steverouse56 lol they are great but not that great, dokken is a legend but aerosmith that shit is a legacy xD

  • @steverouse56 Hell yeah!

  • OH YEAH !!!!!! 1984 - Rosemont Horizon, Rosemont, IL. They opened for DIO. AWESOME SHOW all the way around. One of the best live shows I have ever seen. I haven't realized it til recently, but I swear that is what is wrong with my hearing these days. LOL - Music from this era is galaxies from the stuff that is out these days. I know, I know, different strokes for differents folks, but the music and the attitude back then will never be seen again. It is SOOOOOOOOO sad.......=(

    GNFAN1987 -

  • @steverouse56 i agree but why the random comparison?

  • @steverouse56 two very different styles and Steve's vocals has a blues influence. I love them both.

  • this is awesome
