  • Thank you so much for your demonstration of the Baby Lock Imagine Wave! I just got mine a couple of days ago and haven't had time to play with it more than just chaining for a few seconds, so I decided to look on You Tube & see if there were any demonstrations for this machine and found yours! I have had a Baby Lock Eclipse DX for a year or two, and love it, but was given an unbelievable deal on this BL Imagine Wave with a BL Blind Hemmer too, and just HAD to get it! Thank you!

  • SO COOL!!!!!

  • It isn't a long ad - and it not misleading. It is a great serger and THE easiest in the world to use, thread, etc. Try comparing threading this one to the 'old' way of threading sergers and you will see. PPL need to be a bit more open minded - this is a video after all and needs to be made so ppl can follow it slowly - not race through it.

  • hello,

i need more tipps and help. i need more videos for helping me, and germany speak please... but i dont understand englisch so good. please helped me too.... :(( :(( :((

  • i don"t have a babylock, but I enjoyed your video demo/ad. i found it creative useful and informative. i received a serger as a gift without a guide and even with a manual, nothing replaces a demo. your presentation was fabulous.

thankyou for your time and all your effort.

  • i would of never thought to use my serger to do that crochet stuff. love this video thank you :D

  • is this serger good for sweater also? thanks! great vid!

  • I'm interested in purchasing a serger and I'm clueless about it. Does the babylock imagine has the elastic foot to sew elastic onto bikinis? I saw on another video of a serger using a elastic foot. Or is there any videos on sewing elastic on bikinis with the babylock imagine?

  • Thank you for this informative video! I am looking for information as i am totally new to sergers and you have helped tremendously!

  • I found this video very informative. The threading portion was actually very informative! Thanks.

  • wow love the way it threads, awsome.

  • Hi, Lyn in Australia. age 60

Your demo is sooooo good you have sold me.

Be toying with buying an overlocker for years.

Your easy demo has convinced me

    Thank you

  • Do not sew your finger into the machine. Please pay attention.

  • Your videos are very well done.

  • I have been looking for servers and trying to get an education at the same time. Well, after watching this video it was a no brainer. I am getting my first Serger this week and it is a Baby Lock Imagine. Imagine that? Thank you for all your videos they are truly informative and inspiring. Keep them coming.

  • Liked the demo a lot. I have been using a mini serger just for seams. Time to move up. I'll have to find a dealer here in Ga.

  • ...and it took no time at all to thread... like she's in some kind of time warp. Obviously it took time or was she in Lalaland for the first 3 1/2 minutes of the video. GET TO THE POINT!!!

  • thank you so much for you kind comments. I'm sorry you were frustrated waiting for the point of the video...but threading the machine is the first point so there was no other point to get to. I hope the person who forced you to watch the deomonstration has untied you and taken the toothpicks from you eyes and I look forward to seeing your video on the correct way to demonstrate a serger.

  • @robgolmsted Excellent answer :-)

  • long ad, very misleading rather than getting to the point

  • iv always wanted a surger! id love to have this! not because your such a good sales person ;) but because it just looks so much more faster and better

  • I am SPOILED ROTTEN with this BABY! I used to have an Elna serger, but I was frustrated with it. I was doing threading more than I was serging.

With this Babylock serger, I was serging more than I was threading...thanks to the automatic threading. SWEEEEEEET!

  • You're very fortunate Imbee. I will be buying an EZ Lock soon. I can't afford this machine yet. Hopefully I'll make enough with my work to be able to buy this one. I'm not sure of the store, but this one is listed for $1,600 on Amazon. I'll be stopping at a dealer next week. I'll post the price when I find out for sure.

  • @diggyize try ebay...there's tons of those machines that cost a bit less than Amazon. good luck getting one!

  • Thank you Imbee, I'll do that. (don't know why I didn't think of that) :-)

  • I wonder what brand of serger she was using? How much does a serger cost these days? Thanks.

  • This overlock looks nice ! I have Brother... and some troubles .. :/

  • I tried to go to the website on this video and it doesnt work.

  • This is a wonderful demo! I love the fact there are no tensions and that threading is so easy.

What is the list price of this machine?

will you ship to TX? I live in Mexico, and my daughetr would have to bring it to me on her vacation. thanks,

    Susana

  • 'for your favourite grand daughter' ahah, is this aimed at people with grandchildren then? Nevermind, im actually 13 wanting to sew so i can make costumes and stuff (yeah), but i dont have a sewing machine yet and i know nothing about them! is a serger something to finish off normal sewing? I'm confused.. i dont know what to buy! (well not me, i dont have a job...) I just don't know what to look for.............. ♥

  • After watching your video I think the Babylock is a better serger too. I am about the buy a used Singer QuantumLock 5 thread serger and am having second thoughts. Thanks for a really good video.

  • Can it be used as a regular sewing machine?

  • Hi! No, this is a specialty machine...it doesn't replace a regular sewing machine. You'd still need your sewing machine for buttonholes, sewing on a pocket, or topstitching. But, if you have this babylock serger, all your seams are done twice and fast and look twice as nice, and this serger excells in hard to sew, slinky or stretchy fabric!

  • wow what a helpful video. thankyou a million!.x.x.x

  • Thank You!

  • how does it compare to a huskylock 1002 LCD serger?

  • Only the Babylock brand has Sergers with NO tension dials to control AND has the Jet-Air Threading...where you can thread with a WHOOSH!

  • really enjoyed watching this demo hope theres lots more to come.

  • GR8! I want a Babylock!
