RENTAL CAR FAIL! Enterprise Rent A Car gives filthy Chevy HHR - gmtruckclub

lol this is the same HHR my wife got to rent in Omaha in Sept 2011, it was a replacement for a charger she rented that blew the radiator 100 miles outside Iowa, Enterprise tried to charge our insurance company 9k for a new radiator stating it blew the heads also. Needless to say they got 5k and are attempting to collect the rest pending counter-suit filed on our half. they are nothing less then another blemish on our economy of run a muck corrupt corporate scum.

Fuck enterprise, I had a car put on rental from my insurance company when i was rear ended, went to go pick it up with id and credit card and they refused to give me my rental. I would rather ride a bike then rent a car from enterprise, oh and that whole thing about we'll come pick you up, bullshit.

Just read your full story I understand not liking a dirty car it is obvious it wasn't perfect however tar on the outside is tough to get off and it sounds like if I read right you called and asked what they had they told you and u said the hhr they ran it in real quick and cleaned it that stupid light grey shows stains like crazy ask any detailed and sometimes it's not coming out bad choice in color not eracs problem they offered to clean again and try to fix it u said no ur in a hurry(yet have

Oh please, I did something wrong for documenting the nastiness of the rental car I got.

First, it was the only car they had "ready" and it was closing time. Second, the price paid is for a clean car. Third, the entire staff at this location was fired less than a month later.

Your comments are a doubled-edged sword, if you don't like my video, don't watch it. Otherwise I must assume you're just a troll (or a paid reputation management poster) and just a nasty little person.

As a service agent(car prep) I get paid 8.75 a hour cleaning almost 200 cars for my branch ...i dnt.have the time or patients to deal with customers like u. we try our best to make customets "completely satisfied" n it cost almost $100 to get a detail...but there are times where we have to try our best to make it look descent.... I do all this cleaning to make cars look nice for them then they return looking all dirty n.shit ....smh but anywho happy new year folks

I agree the car should be clean!!! But the time you took make this video is just a load of BS, and then you scratch whatever that was on the door :) NASTY. Instead of making the video tell someone at the store and have them go back over it. You are in a such a hurry like everyone else. Slow down, no telling what happened when you went to go pickup the car. You probably rushed the enterprise agent. Then you complain about dings, you must keep you car in a bubble. I agree that the inside of that car could have been better, but you're really complaing about tar and tiny little dings? That car won't be going to a body shop unless there are major dents on it. Also, we don't have steam cleaners to get rid of stains on the floor. Yes, I work at Enterprise.

That's gross, this is why we only rent from Hertz. We booked a car a month in advance with enterprise went there the day we were schedule to pick it up and were told that they didn't have it yet and didn't know when they would get it. We asked if they had anything else we could drive but all the other cars on their lot were already taken, um excuse me? I'm here now and I need a car that I booked a month in advance. I rented a HHR from Enterprise back in April, mine was Red, they cleaned it, but it was still a bit musty from cig smoke, and the dash was a bit sticky from the tar, and a wheel had a nail in it. I called the office, and they took care of it right away. But the tire that was fixed still was leakin out, and the coolin system leaked as well.

and besides its not are fault at times if the cars are dirty.. blame the stupid people who messed it up before they rented it to u !!! we do are best to get each car clean and as fast as we can... we dont get paid much and we work in the f'n hot heat tooo with barely any lunch break at times

@purplec5 none of you have experienced the HUGE shithole enterprise is, especially if your a car prep. I know what the other guy is talking about, we dont have carpet cleaner to get the stains out, or even some kind of spray to make an attempt. We get treated like criminals and childern, yet some of us are college educated and took this job because the economy is bad. come clean cars for one day and you will be saying the same thing
