I remember when this game came out, before the internet was used a lot. Nowadays, we can just watch videos like this to find all the secrets in a game. But, I remember when my friends and I would spend hours trying to find all these hidden packages. Good times, man, good times. And, great video!
I don't recommend this guide at all... Sadly I had already started and had to keep going with all his videos. He goes zig zag between the fucking packages. Its annoying and he doesn't plan a good route between all the packages to make it easy for us. First and last time I use your videos.
Thank you for this and other videos. I'm replaying GTA 3 and currently stuck at 30/33 for Portland. I know 2 I can't get until Straton opens up, but there's one that I apparently overlooked and trying to figure out which one is frustrating.
It is recommended to do all rampages, unique jumps, fire fighter missions and everything else on Portland before you go to Staunton Island because then, all gangs want to kill you :/

to survive in portland you need use cheats priority in mafia area
all equipedes with shotguns and pistols
use the rhino to pass in this area
