What's with the background music to all cooking videos? They all sound like porn movie music. What the heck are you, chef, thinking pairing this with POLENTA? This recipe needs oven roasted potatoes,even gnocci, but polenta? The current ideas of new cooking "wild pairings" and food-melange-on-a-plate are a load of hooey dreamed up by chefs wanting to make a name for themselves in an over-crowded market of the big city restaurants. Unfortunately their clientele doesn't know any better either.
@crissybee2 Are you kidding? Chef Humm is one of the most well respected chefs in NYC, he is even recognized with the world's best. I'll bet any money you've not been to EMP.
