alright, lets get some things sraight. when your boosting, drift at the same time to gradually gain speed. at 0:08. dont take that shortcut; it takes up 3, 4 seconds. At 0:24, dash hop to theh side instead of hime-attacking. do the same thing at 2:03. At 1:33, RIGHT AFTER THE SLIDE, do another dash hop. (nice use of the stomp ability!

People play Sonic games expecting a sense of speed the whole way through. The werehog levels disappointed people because they were too slow. And like you said, they were too long. People feel like they're having to suffer to get to what they personally believe are the good parts. Werehog levels aren't poorly made, just not what many people wanted in a Sonic game.

An S rank on this level is pretty simple though. You made a few mistakes also, for the areas where you hit the flying badniks its faster to just hit the first one and then boost past the rest, also slamming the ground will make you lose time as you come to a complete stop.

the hedgehog engine is looking good for it's framerate power in this game. i don't notice any glitches or anything odd. good work on the S rank ^_^
