The cop handled this situation well minus asking you to turn off the camera. Overall I would give him a B- on his handling of the situation overall. Personally I would have cited the lady for filing a false police report. It seemed like she was alleging he used fowl language which isn't a crime, so then she alleged he threatened her. For there to be a crime there needs to be either force, fraud, neglect or endangerment, none of these elements were shown.
In public... it is a matter of common decency to restrain the use of F bomb. The guy had very little class. With that said... its not against the law and calling the police is clearly a waste of public resources.

True, but no one has the right to go around being foul-mouthed wherever and whenever they want without infringing upon the peace and tranquility of others. In public some restraint is in order. To use a word like that around an older woman shows a lack of breeding. What if that were your mother? When social conventions break down then laws take their place.
