  • Where did you find the fiberglass rear bed sides? I am building a 65 and can't find any for the rear. I am guessing you made them custom? If so who did the work. Love the truck! But why not A- arm in the front?

  • A) why would they put money like that into a pickup like that, ya its good looking but c'mon

    B) why did they put shitty music up, I WANNA HEAR HER SCREAM!!!

  • That's an extremely nice truck. Great job

  • That's a lot of money in such an ugly truck

  • This is SICK 8)

  • How fast were they going towards the end?

  • worked at borla exhaust when the custom exhaust was made, sick truck

  • most gorgeous truck i've ever laid eyes on, real life or internet, magazines, ANYTHING

  • how much fuel did that burn

  • HAHAHA PRESURIZED CAB NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE.... BUT THATS AWESOME your ears must pop every time you drive this thing

  • i want this thing idling as my ringtone

  • how much money u in on this project?

  • Screw porn, I have this now...

  • what title of music in the inicial video?? :O

    is AC/DC ??' what name is?? :O

  • @edivra shook me all night long - AC/DC

  • The suspension you have on that... Is just... Purely amazing... Stupendous even... Bravo.

  • you know, when i first clicked on this i thought "this is'nt a trophy truck, there is no way after all that customization, welding, fabricating and slapping a two thousand dollar paint job on it that they would actually take it on dirt".

thanks for proving me wrong. beautiful project that must have taken endless hours of work. excellent to you and your whole team. C:

  • One of the only bro trucks I think is cool

  • why is the cab pressurized?

  • @kardinaalpwnd by pressurizing the cab it keeps the dirt from the outside, getting to the inside.

  • whats the first song

    and your suspension please tehehehe

  • whats the first song

  • Hauls ass!

  • this truck is gorgeous!! just dont like how she jumps. one of these day shes gonna fall face first and flip over and then game over

  • BAD ASS!!!!

  • 36 rear travel, serious? thats crazy

  • That is extraordinary. I wish I had the financial means and ability to build my 4runner that magnificently. You guys are great. keep up the good work.

  • so how much? lol

  • whats the point of a pressurized cab

  • lucky bitch lol be safee in that beuty haha

  • I know its ford vs ford but that thing would rape a raptor..even hennesseys velociraptor

  • that truck is sick as hell but why havent i seen it race in the pros its worthy??

  • this is my wet dream right here!

  • 27 people wish they had this truck

  • @jab287 i think we all doo

  • at first i was like , what the heck they are putting it away ,oh wait theres more whooohaaaa , oh ya thats what i was looking for !!!!

  • Beautiful and looks very effective truck. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

  • omg this truck is amazing!

  • what model is that car?

  • You guys need to make a Chevy K10 version, this is pure awesome.

  • Stupid question but is this truck a 4x4 with 1000hp to all wheels??

  • @addisonkendel nop, from what i can see at the beggining of the vid it looks 2wd, with a front beam setup.

  • @addisonkendel its 1000hp to the rear wheels, its only a 2wd

  • stupid question but is this a 4x4 with 1000hp to all 4??

  • that truck is FUCKING GREAT

  • Where did you find the long travel kit for this beast?!

Beatiful truck love it love it love it!

  • @94BajaKid I'd say most if not all of the suspension parts on the truck are custom, very rarely will you find a competitive offroad vehicle that uses any of the stock or even upgraded suspension components, a lot of them are scratch built by the chassis builder.

  • Where did you find the long travel kit for this best?!

Beatiful truck love it love it love it!

  • nice truck

  • what size tires are those, 38s?

  • I come back to this vid every so often and can never get enough of your beautiful truck! You guys have built the most awesome prerunner I have ever seen and you should be very proud of yourselves and the build team involved!! Im a welder, fabricator by trade and you guys make me jealous, hands down, period!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @southsumasfaren

Thanks, very much appreciate the comment. I will be posting a new vid of the truck soon. We are fuel injecting it with the help of a beautiful hand fab sheet metal manifold courtesy of Hogans Manifolds, AEM, Aeromotive, Acufab, MSD, Sunoco, and Granatelli.

  • @southsumasfaren Amen to this, I cannot get enoughof functional, "stealth" art...the only deficit to this video is that no where does it show the 1000hp claimed put to real use, even on a temporary sprint against the chase vehicle.

  • @hilslamer

I saw this ride when it was near-new downin Ensenada at the San Nicolas hotel, and IMO it is everything shown here and so much more in every way that pictures or video - even "in action" - do not do it justice as an artform or even as a functional beast. Truely a mechanical miracle, it exonerates everything that is "performance" in every sense of the word...

  • damn that is awsome

  • Is it just me or is that a chevy grille?

  • @wjd70363 its u its an f 100 grille if anything it looks like and old dodge grille or maybe and internatiol scout or somthing of the sort

  • @wutally

the silver inserts are acutally from an F100. The rest of the grill is modified from an F100

  • What trailing arms did you use? Did you fab them? Is that a for 9" in the rear? I looks like one just with a lot of trussing.

  • @weirdalcrazy2timbuk3 The cab has a blower which pressurizes the cab with filtered air. This keeps a positive air pressure inside the cab keeping the dust out.

  • @johnf2000 that is awesome! beautiful truck!

  • From the indescribable GT40 Mk IV to the sinister 305 hp base mustang to this... none does it like ford. PS: I know ford didn't turn this truck into a trophy.

  • Very nice suspension. Unfortunately the wheel base on my zj would make some of that a real pain in the ass due to the front dipping on every jump, unless I were to weigh down the rear with a coupe of spares like this one ;)

  • this truck makes my nipples hard

  • SICK!

  • TUFF ! ! ! ! !

    * AC/DC rules also

  • where is the offroad part filmed?

  • @xXpsychopathicXx420 El Centro Calif

  • @johnf2000 hey is that in plaster city?

  • Yeah it looks cool alright, but it's gotta suck to be sitting in that thing while it's jumping like that

  • is it street legal

  • nicely done

  • all i have to say is WOW! now I know the reason why i own ford and ONLY ford. total awesomeness

  • i just love the face of that dude in 1:30 that is happines

  • love seeing the suspension at work. shame the music interfered with the sound of that engine tho

  • what is the size of the rim pls

  • @jmlad2882 15" with the alum outlaws and 16" with the walker evan wheels

  • what class would it be in if it was 4x4 with a solid axel in the front?about how much would one cost? this truck is sweet!

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome truck!!!

  • love the sound of that 460 in that old f100 body!

  • That was beautiful! Loved watching that suspension work.

  • great song

  • I usually don't like Fords, but that truck just sounds mean. Props dude. I'm trying to get my S10 into a prerunner.

  • I like everything but if I am going to invest in anything going to be ford.

  • Wow, the body hardly moves when going over bumps, that's a real nice rig u got there buddy. Would love to get my hands on one of these one day.

    Great video.

  • Pressurized cabins keep dust out.

  • whats the bonus from a pressurized cab? also could i too get some websites for long travel suspension kits?

  • Nice peace of work.

  • This truck is pure win.

  • ok, thank you so much. this helps alot. whenever i make a vid ill send it to you. : )

  • hey, can u give me some sites on were to get the front end suspension kits and rear supension kits? please!!!

and i have a 1988 stock ford ranger, am i able to make it into a trophy truck using the stock vhaay and cutting it and putting suspension or does it have to have the metal tube frame and chassy thing?

  • There is no real definition as to a "trophy truck" other than what would be considered class rules in racing which in general mean unlimited suspension and engine. This usually indicates a tube chassis vehicle. But if you want to increase your suspension travel on your truck there are several companies that make kits for the rangers. Go to race-dezert . com go to their forum and ask for help

  • @johnf2000 from the guy above "cutting it and putting suspension or does it have to have the metal tube frame and chassy thing?" is he talking about the torsion bar for alignemts? wtf is a tube bar thingy

  • what ford is that grill is different ?

  • the grill was molded from a 1970 ford, reduced in height and a crown added. The plastic inserts are original 1970 Ford.

  • ahhhh i see thanks for the reply

  • whats the cab?

  • 460=ford

    c6=ford

    ibeem=ford

  • so sick!

     ford=1

  • hope you know nothing about that truck is ford.

the bock isnt even a ford.

  • the bock? yeah youre right, the BOCK isnt ford, but the BLOCK is, dumbass.

  • Any idea how much you have into that truck? I'd like to build my 78 4x4 f-150 into something similar, using a n/a 545 bbf instead of twin turbo build. That truck is nasty sick though.

  • freakin sweet!!!

  • very nice f100 what engine are you running bb or sb i kno its twin turbo'd

  • 460 BB

  • is that thing street legal?

  • yes it is street legal

  • do u have any idea where i could buy a street legal trophy truck for a decent price?

  • If you private message me, I can give you some references.

  • BEST CAR + AC/DC = EXELENT VIDEO...

  • Whoever does your set ups sure knows what going on! Very well-behaved, all around truck! Art! Good job!

  • that must be every gallon's of gas nightmare

  • one amazing looking truck

  • THAT, is one amazing truck. Now comes the 10 hour wash and detail.

  • What year is this sweeite?

  • holy shit that suspension just soaks up anything you throw at it!

  • One of the most badass prerunners ever made, 2nd to this would be baldwins black F-150.

  • go to dirtalliance(.)com and look at the masterpiece its bad ass

  • Its so gorgeous, seriously, absolutely beautiful in every way.

  • damn thats a sexy truck you wouldnt even have to try to get laid in that thing jus hit second gear

  • do you know how much hp you can get from a stock ford 460 before it goes boom?

  • lots

  • a shitload, but define "stock" cuz that would be around 450 as is (NON FI). ik the stock rods are good to around 600hp, maybe 700 (theyre super beefy) but i mean thats with porting, a cam, manifold, carb, headers, etc.

  • do you know how much the stock block can hold

  • truck looked amazing off road the way the suspension was working you dont commonly get a chance to see it at that view but it looks great keep up the good work...

  • truck is amazing! how fast was he going during the test? just curious. the suspension looked to be working great!

  • sick suspension, bet that's not ford.... lol.

  • ford frame ford body twin turbo ford motor, ford rear end, about as far away from a toyota as anything could ever hope to be, its pretty much a ford, you are ignorant and stupid.

  • it has dodge tires??..lmfao?

  • I want to make sweet love to that truck.

And by sweet love, I mean I want to have sex with it.

  • where can you find gear to make a truck look like these?

  • a lot of it, especially for this old toyota, would be custom fab. But if you check around, search through google or whatever, there's tons of etailers that will happily sell you gear to trick out your truck.

  • yeah a guy down my street did this to his tacoma and its completely badass, do you know how much it would cost to get it to be maybe half(performance wise) of the truck in the video?

  • the motor alone in that truck, considering their claiming its making 1000hp, would cost well over $30000, its probably built with race components, most likely cryo hardened for strength and reliability. You could do that same in yours, but getting forged internals, and maybe boosting it, with a supercharger. Probably costing around 12000-17000$. Building something like that isn't gonna be cheap at all This is only however if you plan on racing it, If not there's cheaper options available.

  • damn haha, thats a good deal of money. So if i just wanted it to look like a trophy truck(and not even all the way) it would only run around 12k?

  • If you just wanted to do the body, with the flared front quarter panels and fender flares on the rear, its pretty cheap, if you can find a company that makes em for your particular truck, it would probably cost you around a 1500$ for the panels, and whatever it takes to paint em. Then you'd need some tires, rims, susp. lift and suspension. All in all Id think it would cost around 5000-6000 to make it look like that. Just my geuss. But def. check with parts distributors etc to get better deals.

  • i will do man, thanks for the help. you take it easy

  • a lift will not do it this is a race prept killing machine keep dreaming, and this truck is really 1000 hp and it goes threw the dez like a machine.5000 hahahahaha, you could have fun but not destroy like this truck

  • He was asking about to how make his truck "LOOK" like this one. Its not that expensive. If he wanted to build a desert racer he should already have those questions answered. He didn't want a 300,000$ trophy truck like this thing. Read before you post.

  • Uhm, where is the top gear bit?

  • ill give you 100 bucks to touch it LOL! purty plz

  • quick question. how fast was the vehicle filming going?

  • varied between approx 65 and 95, depending on the section

  • kmh or mph

  • mph

  • SAAAAAWEEEET!!!

  • i would do dirty and disgusting things just to get a ride in that thing

  • nice f-650 and buggie!

  • is it lop sided ? .. the left looks alot lower than the right

  • The sway bar is not installed for this shoot. That is body roll due to the 36" rear wheel travel. Corners better with the sway bar, but handles the big whoops better without it.

  • yo john are you goin in the baja 1000? cause i imght when my buggies made so illl look 4 yo

  • this will cost u a few bucks haha

  • I love this truck... cant stop watching...

  • my uncle is the bald one at the photo shoot(sorry)

  • long travel suspension?

  • what kind of suspension does it have?

  • Proof that any car can be a platform for extreme awesomeness. You win the top award my friend.

  • That's one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Mad props man....

  • i was there!!!!!!!

  • F'n rad! Totally original. Props.

  • absolutly ameizing truck!!! prety prety!

    i´m dreaming with it!

  • Quality

  • such an awesome truck..how much it cost?

  • thats cool shit i would love to be in that truck

  • i want to marry that truck!!!!

    PLEASE!!!!

  • is the cab fiberglass? this is the baddest truck i've seen, ever.

  • Thanks, the cab is original steel, street legal, pressurized, air conditioned cab.

  • nice to see a real truck for once. So much better then all the lifted mud buggys we get in the midwest and eastcoast.

  • What is the topspeed of the truck?

    Badass truck btw

  • Schwing! Schwing!

  • I came
