There was more than that goal, we played well defensively as well in this game, it was a soft goal, but England was the heavy favorite. However, the England goalie also made a good save on Altidore that could have given us the win, so he kind of made up for his soft goal. Go USA!

Algeria to keep his confidence and the teams confidence up. He is fit and probably the best goalkeeper we have, David James may have experience but he has a knee problem, it's a risk and Hart is too young and won't be able to manage it. We need to pick up from where we left off and go out there to get six points against Algeria and Slovenia.

It's a shame green made that mistake, you could blame the ball, you could say he was nervous but let's be fair here. You cannot axe him, you wouldn't axe John Terry if he scored an own goal. He was playing in front of millions of people for his country at the world cup opening game for england. It was just a mistake, we still got the draw and we are still in with a shout, look at Spain, they lost to Switzerland and Spain are supposed to be the best in the world! If you look at thr FIFA rankings you'll find that Brazil are "the best in the world", i believe what you should have said is that Spain are were supposed to be the favourates and you cannot rule them out over one performance (Y) btw anyone got any ideas of your england squad to play tonight? ;)
