It's not late nineties, it was released at the end of 1993 I think, and became a success in 1994.

This is the greatest hard dance song ever made by an Aussie. The remixes by Miss Shiva in the late 1990s are bloody awesome too. The next greatest Aussie hard dance song would have to be Melbourne's Mark James in collaboration with Carl Cox when they released Eternal in 1991.
