The authorities gave false testimony on numerous occasions. The Italian Criminal Justice system, at the trial level, seems less fair to me than in the US; but the Italian appeal process seems a lot more fair than in the US. I predict that she will not be aquitted, but she will get a sentence reduction. I still say that there is tremendous reasonable doubt in this case.

But the Knox case shows reasonable doubt to me (she immediately contacted the police after she was questioned and said the black male comment may have been a dream and that she's very confused). She didn't "pin it on a black guy." Casey Anthony never reported her own daughter missing; the "babysitter doesn't exist, and her own mother said Casey's trunk smelled like decaying flesh, among other things.
@lipylicious... also, Casey Anthony has not been convicted by a US jury yet; she is only being held pending her trial. She could very well be found not-guilty by a jury if there is enough reasonable doubt. I strongly feel that Knox would have been found not-guilty in America based on the Evidence. A.)She didn't report her daughter missing for 31 days.
B.)Her car stunk to high heaven and her trunk showed evidence of decomposition. She then texted her friends about her car, blaming it on a couple of squirrels that suicidally crawled into her engine. She then ditched her stinking car until it was towed.
C.) All of the items found with Casey's remains came from the Anthony house.
D.) Caylee's skull was wrapped in a rare Henkel brand of duct tape which the Anthonys have admitted to owning.
E.) She led the police on a wild goose chase. (Amanda's "confession" is nothing compared to what she did.)
F.) She showed no reaction when bones were discovered in Blanchard Park. When remains were found less than a mile from her house she started hyperventilating and had to be sedated.

@evilhungrymonkey If i may add my opinion, there's no one "right" thing to do after you go through something like that. People react in different ways to trauma. Alot of people even start laughing when they are in shock. The fact that she was kissing her boyfriend doesn't seem strange to me... it could be that she needed some comfort.

in court it was NOT proven that the alleged murder weapon was conclusively the 1 that killed her,all of the dna found is explainable as it was in small amunts and dna like that can spread easily,its not proof of her guilt,no fingerprints were found,her so called confession wasnt allowed in court as amanda was treated unfairly with no lawyeryet through the media etc.the jury still herd this,fair trial hmm NO,the prosecutor is corrupt,allesi stated guede admited he acted alone the list goes on

The police found Amanda with the mop and bucket, and supposely she was going with it to Raffael's apartment. Who walks with a mop and bucket several blocks down? The footprints match the defendants. The windows was broke in the way not consistent with defense version. 3 places had meredith and amanda DNA mixed. A neighbor listed the scream and Amanda was there and do nothing? Several witness saw them at the front of the cottage near 10:30pm. Guys if you are innocent you don't change versions.

I thought she was innocent. But I decided to read transcripts of the trail. And I changed my mind. There's a lot of evidence that any USA source has presented, at least I hadn't read. She and Raffael cleaned the area with bleach, luminol was used for prove it. Both of them changed their version several times. Sorry, but although there's a possibility of innocence I think they proved the case. Read the transcript, all interviews, from the trail NOT US sources.

The one that she said she imagined that she was there. Ok, she imagined that Meredith was sexually assaulted, 3 persons, and was a slow death. That was before the autopsy. The knife is now useless anyway, because the test can not be repeated. And to decide wrong or not wrong, it is enough to see the test log. And I'm sure, the other labs have also seen the graph.
I have just read the prosecutor is convicted to 16 month jail. But he can work as before. That's even worse like in the third world.
Well, it's been proven that the knife was the one used to cause the fatal blow. It's been proven it had Knox's DNA on the handle and, much more importantly, Meredith's DNA on the blade (despite the harsh scrubbing in bleach it received).

All know the DNA Test with microscope and a safety of 99,99 %. So as you compare picture -picture. At knife and bra was used the LCN-DNA Test. There do you compare picture - part of picture. Thats OK. At the knife-test was one part of the sample used for a blood test. Negativ! The rest had been used for the DNA Test. But this sample was now so little that you receive a blurred part of picture. Laboratories throughout the world say:The test is false, but the judge say: OK. This trial is a farce.

What's absolute is the BS this case generated in the media and brought into the court room. There's NO WAY you'll convince me that the jurors weren't pre-disposed to a guilty verdict because of all the biased media coverage and outright lies that were told regarding AK & RS. That's a fact even you can't argue.
The jurors in Italy are 6 lay people and 2 judges. At the end they have to submit a reasoning for why they concluded as they did. This reasoning becomes a public record. And they cannot refer to the media. They have to use the facts and the judges on the jury are there to guide them.

Every one of those on that jury saw and heard story after story about the crime, whether it was true or not. They can tell the court anything to satisfy the court, but certainly were prejudiced by the media. That's why in America juries are sequestered for hi profile cases to eliminate the possiblity of tainted information being heard by the them. There is NO TV, NO Newspapers, etc;.

I don't believe half of the facts, because they are not facts at all. It is guesstimates and theories. As you say, there is proof that there WAS an accomplice, but can't prove it was AK or RS. Time of death cannot be determined absolutely, only approximately. The prosecution has fixated on time to make their theories work. How convienent.
There was no phone records. Their phones were off. There was no Internet records of activity. The forensics are tainted and there were NO WITNESSES! Who witnessed the crime? NOBODY!

No lies are not evidence but confessions ARE! and when you tell the police there was blood on the knife because you pricked MK (lie) but confirm that you KNOW that there was blood on the knife! That is USED IN COURT AS EVIDENCE!
The blood on the knife had been shown to POSSIBLY be MK's. When confronted with that information, RS would almost certainly try to come up with a reason for it. Also, the knife IS NOT the murder weapon, so what's the difference? Plenty if the prosecution enters it as evidence when it clearly wasn't. Remember, DNA convicts as well as frees. Nearly 40% of all DNA reversals are based on faulty or coerced confessions. That is a FACT. And that's exactly how I see this case.
The point is that he acknowledged that MK's blood was on the knife that was in his house. He made up a lie to explain why it was there.
The knife IS the murder weapon. The deep wound in MK's neck is 100% compatible with that knife. There was more than one knife used in this murder. IF the knife was not used in the murder forensics would have proven it. Thats the way I see it. AK and RS had a fantastic legal team each! They had great representation so the trial was fair, the jury heard all the evidence and found them guilty.

What I am trying to convey is that she could NOT have overheard anything at the crime scene - because they did not know that she died slowly and suffocated in her on blood before the forensic examination. They saw she was stabbed - but only a forensic report could reveal such information or the person that saw her die!
Anyway she is being tried in Italy and it is the Italian system that will deal with her. In my opinion she is lucky to be there, automatic appeals and no death penalty!

Did he punch a timeclock on his way in and out of the cottage? It's all speculation, nothing more. There are killers out there who do horrendous things to another person, yet they acted alone. Why is it not so plausible in this case? Because NOBODY wants to believe it. The prosecutors theories wouldn't fit a lone killer.

In any case MK's body was moved hours after she died. This is proven by forensics and the most basic proof is that her bra was taken off after the blood had dried - there was no splatter of blood where she was wearing her bra during the attack. The Italian Criminal Justice system, at the trial level, seems less fair to me than in the US; but the Italian appeal process seems a lot more fair than in the US. I predict that she will not be aquitted, but she will get a sentence reduction. I still say that there is tremendous reasonable doubt in this case.

But the Knox case shows reasonable doubt to me (she immediately contacted the police after she was questioned and said the black male comment may have been a dream and that she's very confused). She didn't "pin it on a black guy." Casey Anthony never reported her own daughter missing; the "babysitter doesn't exist, and her own mother said Casey's trunk smelled like decaying flesh, among other things.

Alot of people even start laughing when they are in shock. The fact that she was kissing her boyfriend doesn't seem strange to me... it could be that she needed some comfort.

Police all over the world use more or less the same technique in questioning witnesses. It's their job.

The Supreme Court (which by the way, unlike in the U.S., can be heard at every stage of the process, including during police questioning), thought that police should have stopped questioning earlier. What if the situation was reversed - an Italian exchange student came to the US and murdered someone. How would we (the americans) react to that? The police found Amanda with the mop and bucket, and supposely she was going with it to Raffael's apartment. Who walks with a mop and bucket several blocks down? The footprints match the defendants. The windows was broke in the way not consistent with defense version. 3 places had meredith and amanda DNA mixed. A neighbor listed the scream and Amanda was there and do nothing? Several witness saw them at the front of the cottage near 10:30pm. Guys if you are innocent you don't change versions.

I thought she was innocent. But I decided to read transcripts of the trail. And I changed my mind. There's a lot of evidence that any USA source has presented, at least I hadn't read. She and Raffael cleaned the area with bleach, luminol was used for prove it. Both of them changed their version several times. Sorry, but although there's a possibility of innocence I think they proved the case. Read the transcript, all interviews, from the trail NOT US sources.

Maybe she's not mean but unfortunately alcohol and marihuana wasn't a good idea. Honestly I thought she was innocent. Other info that struggled me was her first version. The one that she said she imagined that she was there. Ok, she imagined that Meredith was sexually assaulted, 3 persons, and was a slow death. That was before the autopsy. The prosecutor asked: How did you know all that facts if you were not there? She began to cry and didn't answer. Thoughts? Friends read the transcripts.

The knife is now useless anyway, because the test can not be repeated. And to decide wrong or not wrong, it is enough to see the test log. And I'm sure, the other labs have also seen the graph.
I have just read the prosecutor is convicted to 16 month jail. But he can work as before. That's even worse like in the third world.

Well, it's been proven that the knife was the one used to cause the fatal blow. It's been proven it had Knox's DNA on the handle and, much more importantly, Meredith's DNA on the blade (despite the harsh scrubbing in bleach it received).
Come on, guys. It's just so obvious. Read the True Justice for Meredith Kercher website if you want the full facts, without the media spin and nonsense stirred up by Knox's PR team.

All know the DNA Test with microscope and a safety of 99,99 %. So as you compare picture -picture. At knife and bra was used the LCN-DNA Test. There do you compare picture - part of picture. Thats OK. At the knife-test was one part of the sample used for a blood test. Negativ! The rest had been used for the DNA Test. But this sample was now so little that you receive a blurred part of picture. Laboratories throughout the world say:The test is false, but the judge say: OK. This trial is a farce.

The jurors in Italy are 6 lay people and 2 judges. At the end they have to submit a reasoning for why they concluded as they did. This reasoning becomes a public record. And they cannot refer to the media. They have to use the facts and the judges on the jury are there to guide them.

Every one of those on that jury saw and heard story after story about the crime, whether it was true or not. They can tell the court anything to satisfy the court, but certainly were prejudiced by the media. That's why in America juries are sequestered for hi profile cases to eliminate the possiblity of tainted information being heard by the them. There is NO TV, NO Newspapers, etc;.

In the U.S. Amanda would be on death row by now with only 1/10th of the evidence.
There has never been an innocent person convicted in any European country (except Britain). On the other hand, the U.S. has over 500 innocent people in jail for a murder that they never committed.

The blood on the knife had been shown to POSSIBLY be MK's. When confronted with that information, RS would almost certainly try to come up with a reason for it. Also, the knife IS NOT the murder weapon, so what's the difference? Plenty if the prosecution enters it as evidence when it clearly wasn't. Remember, DNA convicts as well as frees. Nearly 40% of all DNA reversals are based on faulty or coerced confessions. That is a FACT. And that's exactly how I see this case.

The point is that he acknowledged that MK's blood was on the knife that was in his house. He made up a lie to explain why it was there.
The knife IS the murder weapon. The deep wound in MK's neck is 100% compatible with that knife. There was more than one knife used in this murder. It makes sense because RG was known to carry a smaller knife around. The smaller knife that made the other wounds could NOT have made the deep wound made by the kitchen knife in MK's neck

IF the knife was not used in the murder forensics would have proven it. Thats the way I see it. AK and RS had a fantastic legal team each! They had great representation so the trial was fair, the jury heard all the evidence and found them guilty.

Think of all the courts this has gone through and professionals - the guilty verdict came at the end of a long process and even then it still isn't finished - who am i to question the combined work of at least 100 people???
The Italian system leans in favor of the convicted, after all innocent unless proven guilty was conceived by the Romans.
I'm not biased at all - i still haven't a clue what to make of Chapelle Corby for example - some are actually speculating that Guede was set up by K/S

RG went home after the murder, washed up and went clubbing. After which he jumped a train out of town. The time frame required etc proves that he could not have gone back to move the body etc.
This has led the judge to believe that there must have been an accomplice.
Also there were no defense wounds on MK which shows that she was held down.
This does NOT PROVE that AK and RS were the ones that did this - BUT it PROVES that there was an accomplice.

What I am trying to convey is that she could NOT have overheard anything at the crime scene - because they did not know that she died slowly and suffocated in her on blood before the forensic examination. They saw she was stabbed - but only a forensic report could reveal such information or the person that saw her die!
Anyway she is being tried in Italy and it is the Italian system that will deal with her. In my opinion she is lucky to be there, automatic appeals and no death penalty!

where was AK that night? RS says she was NOT with him. she confessed to being at the cottage although this later statement was withdrawn RS never gave her an alibi and maintains that she was not with him all night. Knox is a proven lier so she has no credability!

RS didn't want to be dragged into this, so natuyrally he wouldn't vouch for AK. he wouldn't vouch for his own mother, either! How can it be proven Rudy didn't stage the breakin? Did he punch a timeclock on his way in and out of the cottage? It's all speculation, nothing more. There are killers out there who do horrendous things to another person, yet they acted alone. Why is it not so plausible in this case? Because NOBODY wants to believe it. The prosecutors theories wouldn't fit a lone killer.

Im not sure whether you actually want to know what the facts are OR whether you are just fixated on what you believe.
In any case MK's body was moved hours after she died. This is proven by forensics and the most basic proof is that her bra was taken off after the blood had dried - there was no splatter of blood where she was wearing her bra during the attack. The other forensic evidence is also in the Micheli report per MK's autopsy.

They have NOT placed her in the house at the time of the murder. They conclude She broke the window, but no proof. This case was ripe with errors on both sides from the word go.
