Again, the whole morality issue is biased towards your pov. If someone is convicted of stealing something as a minor, then they should be allowed to work in a school. But if someone regularly stole from shops or their workplaces then no one is going to hire them as they might steal from you ('no shit' in other words). If someone steals regularly, to the point where it is a compulsion, would not want them for obvious reasons.
