  • The end was so surprising it was like being shot in the face. But with tes-ti-kuhl-z. Anyway i noticed how much you hate the oatmeal in your other videos so I'm going to tell you about something that should be just as good for you but tastes a hell of a lot bettor. Try raisin brand with soy milk. And even though you don't like running in the cold if you can make yourself do it then go for it. Because you burn more and get a bettor workout in the cold and snow then you would in warmer weather.

  • for my diet, since im not really wanting to drop a whole lot, i diet in the week, and treat myself on the weekends. but theres no 5 guys burgers around me though so i wont really get to find out xD i dont like mcdonalds anyway tho
