This movie was ridiculous. Seriously, porn is neither the cause (or solution) to any of life's problems. It is only a symptom of a much larger issue...primarily, stupid horny teenagers. Porn serves as a distraction from feelings of rejection or inadequacy and some people just take it too far. Why? Because they're afraid to leave their selfish fantasy world and have to exercise some form of self control! It is a CHOICE not an addiction and it's bullshit.

I don't believe in addiction in the sense that use of that word tends to sway a lot of people into believing that they are incapable of controlling their impulses. I do not pity the internet porn junkie anymore than a heroin junkie or a person with a gambling problem. People are capable of stopping themselves from hitting the button until they die, it is a CHOICE. That is not to say that a little help from others will not be beneficial but, ultimately, it comes down to free will.

i guess u hav a point. i read abt so many cases focused enough to stop habits and addictions others need medications for. even i get the feeling that i can quit smoking sometimes but i choose otherwise. it is a choice.

I hear you on that one. I've been trying to quit smoking for quite some time. Sometimes I can stand it for months, sometimes only weeks. The physical dependency goes away, but the fact remains...I don't quit because I LOVE it. Hopefully I will one day chose life over love, haha!
