SuJu has a total of 4 sug groups - SuJu-M, SuJu-Happy, SuJu-K.R.Y and SuJu-T. I'm not sure of where you got SuJu-U from ^^;;.

SJM is a sub group of Super Junior. SJM consists of the five members from the original group, one of which is Chinese (Han Geng) plus an extra 2 Chinese members. They target the Chinese music market.
