I gotta agree with you though, old LP was better, BUT ATS was an experiment (some say one that went horribly wrong, ur opinion, I can't change that) and they may go back to their old style. I think M2M and ATS were just a way for LP to have a more diverse audience and to give themselves other songs to play than Nu-Metal all the time.

@ABFan010 MTM and ATS were a way for them to experiment, sure, but a lot of it had to do with their producer challenging them to image that there are no musical boundaries to hold them back. I've heard that Mike says that LP wants to make a sort of cleaner and more refined follow-up to ATS within the next year or so.

All these people who are saying they hate their new stuff aren't real fans. I love them no matter what they do, it's as if you expect them to do the same thing, have the same sound, maintain the same concept on every album. Minutes to Midnight was a necessary album to show that they aren't a one trick pony. It showed that they could do different music apart from the Hybrid Theory and Meteora sound.

I like M2M, they could do a country song and I'll still listen to it.
