its the magic armour im not sure what number it is 80 somin probally but what you have to do is go to the eskimo in windfall (you buy the sail from him) and buy a town flower and trade it with the goron on great fish isle (hes on a raft) then speak to the eskimo again and he gives it to you hope this helps!
