@mdodly Are you serious? This game's physics are damn near close to Forza 3's (and it's a PS2 game!). I do know the career mode is confusing, but your statement is just ignorant.
@Kaizer147 Agreed. Forza's physics are excellent, but it should be obvious that Enthusia Professional Racing's physics was far ahead of its time as a console sim.
on PS2 pad, my enthusia record this NSX on Nurburgring 7.53.6 (tuning 10th level change only gearbox parametrs), my best in normal car on this track is 7.23 in old porsche 911 turbo 10th tuning level (in this game name CTR), I have only 6.10 in mazda for lemans
ROFLMOA!!! that's about the time i need in an actually realistic simulation (GT Legends) for 1 lap with a lotus elite (110hp, 760kg)... it's pretty embarassing, if you need so long with a waaay faster car in that arcade-game!
The digital speedo on the 07 Civic goes in steps too, not like e.g 1,2,3... or 100,101,102. It goes like 1,4,8 and so on, so the one on the game follows the real one. I bet the Prius' speedo is like that too
My Renault 21 digital panel works like that too. It's just that the speed is shown every 0.2secs (or whatever), which means some numbers are therefore skipped if accelerating fast enough.
does anyone noticed that GT4 and Enthusia are almost the same? i mean look at the map of GT4 and Enthusia. Nurburgring is in GT4 and Enthusia... right? its almost the same
its soooo sad when good games are underrated and not so good overrated
i think you guys know which games i mean

@AWDfreak if we don't count the roll over and crash physics in Forza 3, this game has a more realistic physics.

@AWDfreak yea that's what i mean, Enthusia's physics not only surpassed the games at its time, but new gen game as well, such as GT5 and Forza 3

this is just as arcade as GT is O.o
there is absolutely NO Console Racing Game, that could claim itself "realistic"

sorry, but this is just incredibly ignorant. (and get off your throne btw)
i found the pc-sims are currently better at simulating racecars. But about road-cars games like enthusia or gt are way better.
When will people understand the quality of a simulation is not decided by the platform it s running on *rolleyes*

Why?!?!?!
Why did you use automatic??? WHY?!?!11 (It's immoral!!!)
j/k. It seems that in the video, you're not entirely used to the superior physics system that Enthusia has...but this is almost 2 years old, lol.....

wtf s rong with the speed counter it goes lyk 5,11,19,25,36,47 it so lagg-ish!!!
hoofer27 4 years ago
Once I saw a movie of a Corvette which has a digital speed counter and it goes like 5, 11, 19, ... too. :)
I guess it's normal for real digital speed counters. But game developers probably never recreate this because it's not that accurate.
Enthusia is supposed to be as realistic as possible I guess. :)
