doesn't the gutta comes out on the sheet. I tried once I wasn't happy cause it was not even. :( what can I do?

Usually after a couple of years practice, people get comfortable with it. So I think you just need to wait a few years, lol. Please do not rush, it takes time. What you are experiencing is very common, just treat yourself with lower standard, Do not be harsh on yourself. Thank you for passing by. Love

Thanks for your help. Since a few years I'm doing "window coulour painting" (I do not know whether you know what it is. But for that u have to use that outline thing too. So I thought it would be easyer but it's wasn't. You helped me a lot ans I like seeing you working... please go on posting stuff... love

I guess you put too much gutta when outlining. Is that spirit based gutta? What is the brand of your gutta? Different gutta works differently.

Jill, thanks of showing me how I can use gutta, I have been using it out of a tube, but I have athritis in my hands and find it difficult. Where can I buy these bottles, and tins?

I use gutta in bottle. The one in tube is usually too dry therefore does not penetrate through the silk. You can buy online or specialty art store.
