@xebhai Pure BS. Annie Lennox was an established star - as the voice of Eurythmics and Tourist - long before she met Al Green. Yes, she is obviously herself a fan of US black artists such as of Al Green, Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin, and is keen to do projects with them. I fail to see a problem with that. And calling Annie Lennox a fanny seller just shows what an ignorant troll you really are. Lennox is famous for her non-sexual, indeed androgynous, appearance in earlier videos.

You have obviously never listed to Sam Dees my friend - The Rev Al is very very good but Sam is SOUL. As for Ms Lennox, perhaps Beyonce, Kelly R, etc., is more to your to taste, I'm not a big fan but I suggest you listen to her version of "Downtown Lights".

It will lead you to the wonder that is Paul Buchanan (Scottish Soul).

Wow! Most remakes are bad. A few are equal. This is the only one i can think of that's 10 times better than the original... and despite the "Butch" haircut Annie sports, she's very sexy. Al Green? Not sexy! :)

I don't get it, why does this video NOT show up when I search this song? Seriously, I've gone many pages deep into a search for this and it doesn't come up. It's only when I find the Brenda Lee version that I see this one in the suggested column.
