You need to crack open an Archaeology or Anthropology journal and lay off the pot. You'd know that the calendar says nothing at all about 2012 being anything special, that 2012 is not the correct date translation as the calendar is understood now, and that the Mayans listed a number of dates after the "end" of the calendar cycle on monuments.

Translation: the Mayans did not think the world was ending, so why do you?
