no, by "FL" I meant FL Studios, which is a piece of software for music creation. It used to be known as Fruity Loops before it matured into a full blown DAW.
I'm in New Jersey, though I did live in Miami for a bit back in the late 90's.

I'm not familiar with that song. Maybe I'll look it up. The limitation of doing a remix of it is whether the acapella is available somewhere out there.
