sure thing, check out "Sceptic Apocalypse" and "Unstoppable Force" by Agent Steel, and if you're into that kind of vocals, I recomend old Scanner albums and "Tunes of Steel" by Zonata". You should also listen to Stormwarrior, the band is very much inspired by old helloween, they've even played some gigs with Kai Hansen on vocals.
