How can co-operation rebuild British business?

I became bored with this video within the first five minutes. In my opinion the first two speakers spoke in monotone and used a large amount of jargon (I call snobspeak) and almost seemed physically tired. Dame Pauline's 2 minute speech, on the other hand, was more focused and she did not have to resort to complex academic phrases (jargon) to get her point across succinctly.
