Best way to down any liquids really fast is to breath through your nose after every gulp.... Gulp, in-hale, gulp, ex-hale.... easy. If it's cold & ur driking really ur going to cause cerebal damage that can lead to making you prone to migranes in cold weather, so if you do decide to do this gallon a day really fast don't make the water ice cold.... you'll do some real damage.
