  • These songs about unrequited love can only be done by those who truly feel what they sing,, and Johnnie obviously went through some pain in his love life!!! This is a REAL MAN!!! No macho-man bullsh%t, or what I call "MUCKO-MEN!!"

  • @geetarnut I just listened to this song yesterday at home on my itune and was really caught up in how beautiful it is. Thanks for the comment.

  • @HURT1940 Thank you! I'm glad you have a good ear for music and a heart too!!! This is reality music!!! Best wishes to you!

  • Thanks for sharing the NME review about Johnnie's recording of this wonderful song.

It's great to have such memories.

  • I remember Reading in the NME about Johnnie`s recording session at Cadence and the picture that went with it. it was a good review and to this day i dont know why this A side was not a hit. to me the B side was also a very good recording. Some one once said the only singer who could sing about unrequited love was Johnnie Ray on that i must agree. Thanks once again for a good video Dennis

  • Yes. And what a way - so lucky to have his music.

  • Had his own way of doing it didn't he. Lovely. BobH

  • So sad but so beautiful. Remember it well. The flip side was,"Let's forget it now." Both sides were great. Love Johnnie's music. Thanks.
