I've been trying to find this Rupert Bear episode for years but I could come across it. It was this troll or elf who had a whistle and every time he blew it the person would turn to ice. They had a bunch of snowmen around. Anyone know the episode?

there are games i remember from my childhood and then after years of not touching them,
i FINALLY get to play them again only to realize that....they SUCKED.
