My other issues are: I have one camera and it is on a tripod, I have no camera person to operate it, I refuse to dress up to appear "presentable" for a YT cooking video and the "ur fat" comments are annoying as heck.

i love how honest you are about the froth thing. i think i am a pretty good cook but no lie, i have made most of it up being i am self taught. so i just have ideas of how things are 'supposed' to be :)

i like the idea of adding citrus to macaroons. it is very clever and sounds super tasty.
