Aikido haters doesn't understand how aikido works.They do not know how to differenciate between the art itself & the application.When they see a demo,they argued how the uke(attacker) doesn't resist!hello..it's a demo!On the street it wouldn't be that beautiful but so does every martial art!With good timing, spped & accuracy..that's what it takes.Not proud of it but I have used iriminage & tenchinage in a real fight..i did 2-3 takedowns & he stop the fight himself!Believe me...it really works!

Very nice video!! Excellent techniques!! It was a real pleasure to watch it.
To all who wat to practice: such skills as presented - after at least few years of training. Do not expect U will be able to defend Yourselves after a month or two!.. And for those who hate akido: akido does not suck, akido does not rule! It simply is.and is useful (I have had to use it some time in the street)...and has nothing to do with dancing!
