Actually this is expert. I've played it myself quite a few times trying to achieve this... It's quite difficult if you're not used to switching chords very often.

I haven't gotten round to playing this on expert yet, but compare it on hard to the songs on the last stage of the career (excluding cliffs of dover). They're much more difficult than this.
