@Tiara1551 Pain & Konan already know he is Madara, he works with Kisame & Zetsu later on, the only reason he uses the Tobi disguise is because of Itachi, he knows that Itachi would do anything to stop him if he found out he was really Madara, this is proven even by the fact that Itachi implanted Amaterasu in Sasuke and made it activate when he seen Madara's Sharingan... Also Madara even says now that Itachi is gone he doesn't have to keep up the act any more :D :D :D
