can't argue with the great demo, just bought this pedal a couple months ago and am happy and sad at the same time. Happy that it's a friggin home recording beast, but live i wish it were more like the Boomerang, stop/start each loop separately, fade in/out, etc. If EHX added those to the 2880 it would the best thing ever created

I guess it's great if you like 8 second songs. I have the digiteck, and it makes 4 second songs. Is there a looper that runs for over three minutes, so you could make a whole complete song?

Actually, the maximum loop length of the 2880 is about 31 mins total with the standard 1 GB flash card. If you get a 2 GB card, you can record up to 372 mins total.

I just wonder; Is it possible to record new overdubs with this WITHOUT stopping the 2880? If possible ths is a very interesting machine!

@sternklang8no That's what I'm wondering. I use a lot of loops in my live performance and I need to be able to stack everything in real time. If you can, then this would probably be cool but if not then I don't see myself having any use for this thing other than playing around in the studio.

If one was to record a 1 bar loop in 5/4, would it still quantize it? So a drum machine could sync properly via midi?
