When he says saint, he doesn't mean it in the catholic sense. In the Bible, all of God's people are his saints, not a select few.

2nd He ment the people that go to chruch and accpeted god as there savior and has hope and faith in GOD

No he wasn't. He was elected in 2000. However, he always had two churches. The last sanctuary they built was the one most people see on tv now.
