The problem with the world is that they care not about the quality, not about the meaning, or even saving a life, just making money and building up power in a temporary world. It brings a tear to my eye as well that some of the artist topping charts don't deserve it.

The swine are most likely the hypocrites in the music industry, the song is about a drug addict who kept getting pushed down by a lot of the stuff he did, but in the end he got out of his problems, he was in a band Flyleaf toured with.
