Did you know that Ron Paul was the Penn state champion in the 220 yd dash when he was in 11th grade.!
And very very few individuals, like maybe 1 in 100,000 or fewer were able to run the 100 yd dash in 9.7 at high school track meets. That was back when the world record was 9.4 by Jesse Owens. I'm not sure what the story was on that. He would have been an Olympic caliber athlete, but I heard he had a really bad injury, and so in college he just concentrated on his school work.

he HONESTLY opposes eliminating the anti-trust exemption for private health insurance monopolies;
he HONESTLY requests BILLIONS in federal earmarks for his district--and then votes against the bills so that he can HONESTLY say that he opposes federal pork;
and he HONESTLY opposed honoring MLK and Rosa Parks because he HONESTLY thinks federal dollars shouldn't be used to respect our national heritage.

Ron Paul has ALWAYS said it is NOT up to the feds to legislate ANY of that. He's said it needs to be in the hands of the people, which is WHY each issue should be a STATE issue-- so it's closer to the people.
