  • I wish I could hiccup like that! I think you are right about the dynamics. Most people concentrate on the terrifying speed and technique. No one should play a piece the same as everyone else anyway and you brought your own interpretation to the piece. The more you play it, I venture to say you will pick up speed as well.

  • Excellent! The piece itself is stunning, and your tempo allows for all of the inner voices of the piece to be heard. Hiccups, maybe, but still well done.

  • I'm back because this is really awesome playing and acoustics.

  • Slow ?! Are you kidding ? It's played at optimal tempo which is not easy btw. if played on a digital piano.

  • This is great! Very suitable speed I can enjoy listening to! Bravo! =D

  • I give you credit for even learning this piece!

    It's a beast!

  • i like this very much.its very clear, clean and also good interpretated.and its NOT too slow.

  • Może sam nie był w stanie zagrać w takim tempie w jakim by chciał ? xDD Mnie dalej bardziej odpowiada wersja szybsza i z pedałem... !

Maybe he was not able to play at such a pace in what he wanted? xDD me further more in line with the pedal and quicker version of ... !

  • Too slooooooooow... :|

  • @SzychaDestruktor have you heard the composer's version? it's even slower

  • @ZanderPodraza

"Kapustin - Jazz Etude No.3 - Giuseppe Andaloro"

hir is good tempo... the melody is in good tempo.

Sorry from my bad englisch, but i speek only polnich and deutsch.

  • @SzychaDestruktor i would agree with you, but to me it feels like it should be quite steady. the composer gives it a metronome mark of 132 bpm, and my version is at about 120, but if you listen to the composer's own recording of it it's even slower. i think it's in the suggested videos on the right, check it out

  • @ZanderPodraza

Twoja wersja brzmi ciężko i wolno. Kilka pauz których być nie powinno.

Dysponujesz nagraniem kompozytora ? Chętnie posłucham.

Your version is hard and slow. Some pauses which should not be.

You have a recording of the composer? We are happy to listen.

  • @SzychaDestruktor look at the suggested videos section. scroll down, it's called "Kapustin - Eight Concert Etudes Op. 40 - #3 Toccatina"

  • @SzychaDestruktor

Sorry but Andaloro plays it way too fast. It's rushed and blurred. Kapustin is meant to be played with clarity.

  • Quite a rock out!

  • Wow, you're an amazing pianist. There are very few people that have the talent you have...keep playing, keep getting better and keep writing.
