That metal sander sounds very rough internally compared to the new double-insulated plastic version. If anyone here has the 7420 or U-240 sander shown in this video, I want to hear yours running.

0:45 - 7420 sander is used with a dust-collection system, hooked up to the 7651 dry vacuum cleaner.

This ad is showcasing some of the new for 1973 power tools, as I'd seen a double-insulated finishing sander at the start of this presentation.
