Well, this is my first video on YouTube on this account, so that is why it is slow...I was just starting out. My new stuff is 1000X better on everything. (Lighting, Animation, etc)

That said, it would look a little better if it was sped up, yes, however, it would be better just to re-animate it at 15FPS.

Howcome you use WMM instead of roxio for putting the frames together?

Because Roxio can only go up to about 8 FPS...and I can't go any faster! Besides that, if you add to many frames to Roxio, it also freezes...but worse than WMM!
