This sounds kind of like a tame Megadeth (with elements of Daisuke Ishtawari, the guy who composed all the guilty gear songs) with Bruce Dickinson as a singer (if he sang lower and didn't have the incredible range - something about this guy's vibrato reminds me of Bruce).
