I am opting for the fourth. Looking forward to tearing up the yard, and I discovered this weekend that my city ordinances will allow to me to have any type of livestock w/ the exception of a pig. Gonna get me some chickens for sure, maybe a goat, who knows, the kids are stoked, the old man ain't, but we outnumber him. Even looking into farming fish, it really is amazing what you can do when you start looking into alternatives. Empowering as well.
